What is the usage regarding maiden name for divorced women ? do they keep the name of their husband or there is an obligation for them to do new identity papers ? More info on the usage is welcome.

Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes Oscar Wilde

It's up only on woman
Usually women don't bother themselves with changing family name they got from their last husbands ( just a wish to forget last husband forever and return maiden name dosen't worth all that going through pasport offices procedure) Also many women don't want to have differen last names with their children

But it's possible to return maiden name  ( but not a family name of husband who was before the last one) and get new passport so there will be no trace in a passport that woman was married at all ;D ( I knew some young girls who "corrected" in such way  mistakes they have done by jumping into marriage which lasted just a few monthes)

My friend Svetlana has been married twice and has retained her father's name through out. Her daughter has her biological father's name. My friend Lena has her husband's name as does her son. So it varies, as Elena said, from person to person.

I intend on being married to my next wife for the rest of my life so i have to find that special girl for me. If i could spend 100k and have her thats not an issue... i spend 5k a month dating in DC =/
