The USCIS released the draft of the new I-129F petition. It was made
available on the official USCIS website.

Please keep in mind that this is only a draft of I-129F! Old version
of the form I-129F is still in use.

For those of us who have a receipt date after March 5, should we wait for a request for additional information or should we complete a new form and send it in?

My two cents worth would be to wait.  I am sure you will have an RFE in days.

You have to remember that you are working with the government.  They get confused easily.   I figured out what is wrong with the government by the way.   After all it is 225 years old +/-.   Have you seen what Alzheimer's does to someone who is 90, just think what it must do to the government at it's age.
