Hi everyone, I stumbled upon this site tonight whilst (you will never believe it) here it goes........ I was googling Russian women diet secrets hahahha I love how fit and slim Russian women are, not like I am overweight, I am a nice slim size 8 but just always looking for new healthy tips to keep fit and always stay gorgeous *wink*

Like I said I stumbled on this site via a forum page that had a writeup about the russian No-carb and vegetable filled diet....Who knows I could stumble across a Russian Gentleman whilst I am here haha.

Oh I am a nice chocolate skinned Londoner, looking for Russian Friends Male , Female and ofcourse non-russian friends too, so please do say hi xoxoxox

RW do turn into 'babushka's' eventually
Living with a RW for many years I have put on about a kilo per year, still a mix of RU, IT and US breakfast feasts once a week along with a good bit of grilling.

Don't really know which diet is causing this effect.... most probably I just need to exercise more, after all if what goes in doesn't go the net will remain   Oh well.....

@CB I know right re:babushka I put some humour in the site with my post and joining haha, yes I reckon you need a bit more exercise but then again you are living the life! Having a woman that cooks diligently enough for you to put on weight, she's a keeper, I hear the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, you just proved that theory haha thanks for taking time to send a friendly message I may not be on the site ever really now I know what its all about lololol

Welcome to the forum ChocololateBeauty. Look at your teeth. You need to eat meat or at least some beans to get your protein. No carbs and vegetables diets are excellent but the best diet starts in your head. No pills or plans will work if you don't have the willpower to maintain and sustain any diet plan. Good luck and let us know if you find that Russian guy.

Hi CB. The real secret is not the diet but walking to work instead of using a car 
Just in case you wonder why Americans are more obese as British, they will travel by car between two stores on the same parking lot...
Where as Russian walk to the bus to get to work, walk to do shopping, walk to their friends house... and use their car only if they go out of the city.
