It is a good way to have a laugh with a female, when we discuss all the pathetic old men who are in their 50's messaging young girls...

It is remarkable how little that you know about females. When engaging in such conversations, you are putting your immaturity, ignorance and lack of empathy on display. The girls will pretend to be active participants whilst they are evaluating you and giving you very low marks.


A decent man would simply mention that the men are probably lonely and have been deceived by a system that falsely markets hot, young girls as being available to them. Instead, you chose to mock and denigrate the old buggers, thinking that this increases your value in the girls' eyes.

First, you do have good looks, and, I can assume humor.  Second, there is no reason to think that if you are doing property flips that this is not a legitimate profession, and one that does require some knowledge of structural engineering, etc. 

But, as I also understand things, right now you are unemployed.  There is nothing to be ashamed of.  Many people who are devoid of obligations take time to figure out what they wish to do with their lives.

You came on this forum as a means to absolve yourself from the unfortunate situation you wound up in with the gal from Moscow.  You manned up and disclosed (probably too much) information about your relationship.  Hell, we all make mistakes.

You have a bunch of men and women on here who will tell you like it is.  You can either live with that or run away.  But don't expect anyone here to pat your head and say 'Good Boy'.

My observations on your writing style, or lack thereof, were to try to prod you to make yourself a better man.  They were not meant to be personal.  If they were taken that way, I apologize.  I encourage you to buy a copy of Strunk and White, The Elements of Style.  (Alluded to above.) 

Knowledge of your own language is a crucial component of your ability to communicate.  It is worth the investment of time and effort.  And don't hide behind the dyslexia excuse.  I dated a gal in college who had acute dyslexia.  She went on to Stanford Law School and is now a prominent attorney.

It is remarkable.  When I interview new employees, I ask for a resume.  But then I also have them pen me a hand written note to confirm their ability to get a thought across.  Shadow is correct that grammar may be a dying skill as was penmanship in past generations.  But it is still the benchmark for an educated man and I encourage you to further develop.

You are miles off on that one.  Jon is not "hiding" at all.  He is well known here, has put up photos of himself with trip reports and has skyped with many of the members.  He has been here much longer than me, and I have been here much longer than you.  You may not like what he is saying, but if I had to bet on who is the one legitimately representing themselves here, it would be Jon over you. 

He brought up a valid point.  You don't have the written communication skills of an engineer or professional.  Jon should know.  He deals with professionals daily.  You may or may not be legit.  Time will tell.  Off and on some new poster shows up with wild tales.  Most just disappear.  We will see if you are hear in a few months.  Jon will be.

Done, secondly, i posted pictures of myself here, first post i made was picture of me. i don't need to make up stories, any European, who is my age, average looking, and comes off confident can get laid. My success on FSU would be much better if i bragged about my financial situation, but i do great without it, and i rather have women interested in me rather than what i have. I also have a nice feeling knowing a girl passed off guys she thought were rich to be with me. i never made fun of anyone directly on here, i think we can all say that nobody on here is perfect. If they were they wouldn't need to travel to FSU to get hitched.

I studied engineering because my parents promised me that they would fund my property flips, they believed civil engineering was linked to property development, some ways it is. After i graduated i went to do my Msc, 4 months in i hated it, i hated the people around me, how boring life would be as an engineer, came back to do property, bought my first house, tried to get a job in recruitment and try and do it alongside getting planning permission for that development, came across well till the point where i actually had to demonstrate my selling skills, but shit happens. That development should have been sent off long ago, but will be sent off in the next 2 days hopefully, and take me 3 months to get a reply. I now tutor people math/physics, so i don't spend my days at home, as it is too late to go back to an engineering career. My life since i graduated has been up and down, i am very lucky i have a nice trust fund, something to work with, and parents that give me space to after go abroad and enjoy myself and do whatever i like.

I did not specifically ask if you graduated.  Degrees are a dime a dozen these days.  (Have you ever watched the Wizard of Oz?)

I inferred that you were not a professional as you did not represent yourself as one.

I will attempt to enlighten you.  Aside from my previous business ventures in the FSU, I have a great love for these countries and their people.  You have demonstrated a regard for the slim figures, beautiful faces and cute way of speaking English that is typical for an FSU woman.  But that is not the reason we remain interested. 

An FSU woman has the ability to make you her man.  That love, which you only tasted, is like love heroin once ingested.   Love from an FSU woman is all consuming.  Now, I speak from experience.  You think that we go to FSU countries because we can't find women at home?  I am here to disenthrall you of such an idea.  We go because love from an FSU woman is a unique experience that changes your life.

Try and delude yourself as much as you want, once you tell a lie to yourself enough times you end up believing the lie. I am not saying a woman will leave you after she gets her green card, but her intentions of seeking someone abroad were partly financial. You want to know someone's true personality? give them power, if these women had a visa/money, they would be a lot different. You don't hear about Russian/Ukrainian heiress lurking on these sites for a reason.

Try and smoke this, you have flaws, which is why women back home pass you up. Nothing to be ashamed of, you are implying all women in western countries are bad. THey are not, it is just you are not good enough for the ones that you like.

You are trying to belittle me, because of my dyslexia, let me see a picture of you. I am sure you are far from perfect, if i see your physical appearance maybe i can give you some advice.

Analyse your own picture before you judge me, really ask yourself what are you doing exactly? I laughed a little, then i felt bad for this girl. The things she has to do to get a bit of financial stability. There are girls in their 40's that look great, instead you went for a girl old enough to be your daughter. You preach stuff about beauty of russian women, yet you just go for the youngest girl possible to use as a trophy wife. sad old man, enjoy your years, you probably have 5 more left. i am an engineer with a first class honours.

It's believable and one doesn't have to have the best grammar to be an engineer and one who's specializes in grammar doesn't have to have the best physics and math skills.


I have a Vietnamese uncle who came to America and graduated #2 at the University of Washington and finished a Masters degree in 4 years. His English is awful.


I also have some cousins who recently graduated younger than you and they were offered jobs starting $75,000-$100,000 from companies.

         -  I have read  accounts of older men blaming the woman for a lack of affection.

Is the "1000 euro" a moment of facetiousness?    I ask because taking care of a FSUW costs much more than that, and they can spend 1000 euro quicker than you can say dyslexic.    If you marry, please recognize that most of them will be unable for a long time to obtain a respectable job. 

Funny thing some of us younger guys having more money than the old guys on these sites, but choose to be smart and keep it to ourselves. .
