I do find it curious that his country of birth is listed as Ussr, since there was no USSR at the time of his birth, and hadn't been for some time...

DHS is smart, they're only authorizing the 7 year old to work 364 days!!  Get back into that mine shaft young man-you still have 10 hours left on your 12 hours shift!!!

I have been working for the U.S government in one capacity or another since 1987 and some of the things it does never ceases to amaze me :o ???.

DHS was only thinking of collecting more money and probably issued the EAD as a joke. Anything for money.
