Madam is arriving from Bangkok and I will be coming from the Middle East .. We decided that I should give Moscow another chance..

So, who can recommend a place for two - plus a VERY well behaved and house trained, tiny and I do mean tiny - not yappy- dog ...

You could visit the Mendeleyev Journal page on hotels and apartments. :-)

There is a site that gives hotels indexed by Metro stations: http://www.tomoscow.com/metro.html

On FB there are several pages for apartment rentals, most are for long term, but some are for shorter stays. Search by Moscow room finder, moscow flats, moscow apartments, etc.

Moby, the Orekhovo Hotel in southern Moscow is a clean and nice economy option and they accepts pets. There are free transfers to/from Domodedovo Airport and it is near major Metro stations such as Orekhovo and Domodedovskaya, etc.
