The best way is not to write  so long that gifts sending is needed and showing up to give them in person instead.

Agree;  Don't start contacting the gals until you are only 6 - 8 weeks away from starting your trip.
A beautiful woman is pleasant to look at, but it is easier to live with a pleasant acting one.

Nice explanation however you are far behind on modern technology.

What you and the scammer don't have is time. They are working a numbers game
where they have to churn through hundreds of marks to find somebody who will
send money. They can't go on Skype, or talk on the phone because there are too
many marks.

They will make up excuses, which is when the RWD forum member dumps their
cute little @ss (or hairy in Boris's case).

Once again you underestimate the scamming business. It does depend on the quality of the mark. Apart from that the economy has not been very good lately, meaning scammers also have to put in some more effort.
The upside of a bad economy and less money to be taken seems to be that the famous criminal organizations have more or less left for more profitable business.

Some scammer, isn't going to talk to an RWD member every day for an hour or so
on Skype for very long before asking for money. They aren't that patient, and there
is a 99% chance when an RWD member asks to go on Skype they have an excuse.

a helmet? and I'll send you sexy bikini photos.   ;D

They might even talk one hour daily.
If they manage to get the RWD member to send a stipendium of USD 250 per month, if the manage to keep 4 members at the same time  that still is more than they make in many other jobs.

Is that a scam?

Men knowingly sending money to a woman to defray her living expenses while
never visiting for a daily chat with a beautiful woman doesn't seem like a scam
to me. It sounds to me like a paying for a fantasy. Are men who go to strip clubs
and pay strippers to chat with them getting scammed? Are the strippers scammers?

In my opinion men who do that are lying to themselves rather than being lied to.

Ahem,

I'm not sure that the strippers are there, just to talk.  But I could be wrong.

That is the justification all scammers use.
And all victims are lying to themselves, some are more gullible than others.

There must be some really naive men out there. I was lucky in my search that my interactions with scammers, pro-daters and gold diggers were few and far between.

Thanks for pointing this out.

There are a lot of naïve men, there are just as many who know what they are doing and going on their own sex tours.

I don't know that you were lucky, you were probably educated and reasonable in your search.  Being a member here shows that you were doing research.

If I have a phone number, address and I'm video chatting with the girl, I have no problem spending up to $100 on flowers, with or without an occasion.... Many of these Women rarely receive flowers from Men in their Country, and when they do it's a huge boost to their self esteem, gives them a feeling that somebody out there likes me, wants me, is serious about me and must be attracted to me, otherwise he wouldn't send them.

I think that you are wrong, FSU women traditionnaly receive many flowers from their relatives, boyfriends, fans and so on (chocolate in second).

And i would avoid to send any flower before you are intimate with her.
-- She will never receive it
-- She will receive few and that will be not the right number
-- Or she will receive the wrong flower and wrong color
-- She possibly shares part of the money flower
-- She will receive low quality flower

So for all these reasons, that make you a cheaper, a fool, a tasteless, an ignorant, a vulgar, i would avoid to send any flower except if she is already your GF (not the internet kiss, i mean a sexual and real one) AND if you can rely on someone you can trust to deliver the exact and right bouquet you wanted to send.

Pat is correct. Women in the FSU receive flowers from all kinds of men all the time. Admirers, boyfriends, suitors, co-workers on certain occasions, and men that are just friends. There are flower shops on every corner. And the men over there are not stingy with flowers. They send large bunches of expensive flowers.

I would also avoid "it's a huge boost to their self esteem", typical western thinking.
FSU self esteem is likely to be very stable, compare to western women.
And you will probably burn a fortune before impress them. So if you want to impress them lets multiply your 100 bucks by one thousand at least before getting, if you have the chance to get it, a little sign of surprise or approbation.
If you drop in front of her apparment a Porsche Panamera as gift  after your first date with her, you could get this sign.

Pat is correct.

I never bought any flowers for any FSUW before a first date.
And very few ever.

I did pick flowers when I was walking to meeting a couple of times and presented at first date.
Both gals told me I should not waste my money on something that would be dead in a few days.

I have some more good advice for the fellas of this forum. Do not, under any circumstances, ever use Anastasiadate.com

It's EXPENSIVE.

Not only that. They don't allow you to share contacts via live chat or cam share.  >:(
