Putin calls Russians back to Motherland.

Putin calls family members of Russian officials working abroad back home to Motherland. This is a step nations take before war. Putin knows the West doesn't like confrontation so he's increasing confrontation. I wonder if Putin is going to call the Russian wives of members here back to the Motherland next?

Does this mean that his daughters have to come home too?  Or is he exempt?

If Putin plans a long term war to bring Russia back to greatness, he's going to need his daughters back home to be baby factories.
