From reading the article, it looks like visa requirements can be re-introduced if too many take advantage don't want to go back home.

This will cut down on the ability of we western men to find a mate in Ukraine.

Once the Ukrainian gals are free to travel to western Europe on their own, they don't need to have mules to help them.

Count down the shopping days guys !!!

Has to be voted on by member nations ..

IF it passes those votes ... it will only apply to Schengen Members ...not - for example the UK / Ireland are not members..

This'll make it easier for Ukrainians who wanted the country to move West move West themselves, especially if Russia attacks and creates another refugees crisis like they helped do in Syria.
Fund the audits, spread the word and educate people, write your politicians and other elected officials. Stay active in the fight to save our country. Over 220 generals and admirals say we are in a fight for our survival like no other time since 1776.

After months of negotiations, the European Parliament and Council reached agreement on Dec. 8 on the suspension mechanism for visa liberalization agreements with Ukraine and Georgia.

The decision unblocks the last obstacle to the EU granting a visa-free regime to Ukraine.

The European Parliament could vote for the decision at first reading as early as next week, according to the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. If the parliament approves the decision, a visa-free regime could be introduced in January.

In another forum this decision was not expected and they are hoping that France/ Germany / Netherlands, etc., will scupper the deal...

So those hoping to meet your UA lady friend in Rome, Paris, Budapest - don't get your hopes up just yet

After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

Never thought it would be approved and happy to be wrong.

This excludes the UK and Rep. Ireland - who even before 'Brexit' remained outside the Schengen zone - the latter due to not wanting a border with N.Ireland
