I would use Fdating.  There will be more ukraine girls on this site and they are more likely to be real (since it is a free site) if you are looking to find ukraine girls that are looking international.  A few will be lead-ins to the email scam.

Met my Missus'  there... it's over three years ago... but there were FSU ladies from all over the world
