US staff in Russia must be reduced by 755 persons

It is not that 755 US citizens must leave, just an overall reduction in those employed at US Embassies and Consulates in Russia.

Apparently most of those losing jobs would be Russian citizens employed by USA.

Russia hires few USA citizens to work for them in USA, but USA hires many Russians to work for them in Russia.
