Finnish man in Russia

Hello everyone!
I'm from Finland, but right now I'm in Russia. Well, we're neighbors, so I don't have to go very far, do I? :-)
Our company conducts some business in Moscow, so I work temporarily here. I want to date Russian women, but since I don't speak Russian, it's a little difficult. I hope I've come to a right place to learn more about Russian women.

Welcome   Wow you're the one on the front line so most around here will probably learn more from your experiences than from a couch and laptop...

I can only suggest to get out and about and try meeting some nice women!  Check out the parks and ask for directions, the grocery store a bit confused about what you're buying, markets, theater, cafe, movie, library, art gallery, museum, whatever!

Welcome to the forum Finn1974. Although you don't know Russian, you seem to know English. Many FSU women know English as their second language.

The irony is that the Finnish guys have a 'lousy' reputation with many Murmansk women - for being heavy drinkers and not serious !!!!   

Hope that reputation isn't known in Moscow ... BTW I'm from the North of Ireland - we are also known for being drunkards and not to be taken seriously !

No it is not difficult.
I never learned more than a dozen or so Russian words and no Russian sentences . . .
And yet I had first dates (at least) with a hundred or so Russian - Ukrainian women and spent several weeks individually with a dozen or so of them.
