having read the topic in section below this, I really wonder if the WM have ever sex for fun and pleasure or just for procreation or some benefit?

For the same reason that russian man have sex... sex is a part of relationship... but for some man, it is only a pleasure who don't need love... for other, they can pay for have these pleasure...

Some follow the bible to the letter and have sex only for make children... each man can have a different reply and the nationality have nothing to make with this...

About myself : When i was young, i have know sex for the pleasure only... during my stay in Navy, i have use hooker ( 24 hours in a place is too much short for find a woman )... around 30 years, i have begin think to family... now, i have sex only with a woman i love and with who i wish stay the rest of my life... i think that so evolution is what people call "maturity" evolution...

First, what do you mean by 'some benefit?'

Second, I would say that 95% of time WM have sex for fun and pleasure.  Very few times for procreation.

Third, more specifically for myself, it is 100% of time for fun and pleasure since I already have fathered the children that I want.

I see sex as a continuum. What is the dividing line between
sex and beauty? For example: looking at a beautiful flower,
a beautiful automobile, and a woman's beautiful eyes or
beautul legs, all have something in common. The attractive beauty
of a woman is also sexual. You can't separate that sexuality from
the 'beauty' concept. The attractive sexuality of a woman uses
the attractive qualities of all of the senses. The soothing quality of
her voice, the smoothness of her skin, the smell of her perfume, etc.
So nature uses uses our senses to draw us closer to the female
for reproduction. This sensory attraction is enjoyable, fun.
If it wasn't, we wouldn't reproduce. I don't compartmentalize sex into
various categories. Running my fingers through her hair is sex.
Kissing is sex. Holding her hand is sex too. On the other hand,
if someone says, 'Did he have sex with her?' It refers to
copulation. That's a general consensus. There seems to be
a debate about whether or not fellatio and cunniglingus are
sex. I'd say so. He did have sex with that woman.

So there seems to be a dividing line between sex that invloves
copulation/penetration or fellatio or cunninglingus vs all other
more subtle forms of sex. For me, admiring a woman's face
is also sex and that usually does not involve procreation.  

A good analogy is the eating of food. We eat to gain energy for life.
Dining is also a pleasure of the senses. Do you ever eat, just for fun?  Yes, of course. Can that get out of control and have
bad consequences?  Yup.    -doug

Kokoshnik was part of traditional holidays (special events) dress of russian women in past - I guess until Peter I. It has different styles and different size and forms in different parts of Russia but usually decorated with pearls, gold and silver threads. Our historical museums have lot of ancient women's dresses, I would recommend museums of Rostov-The-Great (it is in Golden Ring of russian towns around Moscow) - there in old nunnery you can see fantastic clothes, for church and for rich people made by nuns.

I think there are instincts that rule our urges - and there are morals and values that allow us to keep those urges under control.

For example, I think it is instinct for males to want to plant their seed as often and with as many bearers of their progeny as possible. To some extent (maybe to a LARGE extent), that is the reason our society has created jokes about how men will have sex with any female at any time.

Women, while ALSO subject to the urges of procreation, have the additional instinct of protecting the newborn, hence, their instincts also include consideration for their partner's ability to nurture the young - or at least, not abandon the baby and mother in immediate pursuit of additional progeny.

Morals and values and a person's character then enter into the picture. While animals of all sorts follow their instincts, one of the supposed differences of humankind is that we have the capacity to rationalize thoughts and make superior choices based on more altruistic influences than mere instinct.

So while instinct will drive all women and men to want to screw around - women are instinctually inclined to also look for a provider - and some of each sex will choose to NOT act on their urges for a variety of reasons (fear, religion, etc.).

It's not quite as simple as it may seem.

I won't even go into the bahavior learned from ones parents that keeps bad cycles continuing (ie; child abuse, sexual abuse, spousal abuse etc...).  Learned behavior can be good or bad.  Then you have people that were raised by loving parents that did everything right and the child still turns into the spawn of Satan.  Homo Sapiens are truly a unique species with no rhymn or reason.

I had a vasectomy after producing 2 children; so all of my sex now is for fun, pleasure and amazement.

Many FSU gals were quite surprised to learn of my vasectomy and some didn't even know what it was.  But they all liked that I had it, so that pregnancy was off the table.
