Give it up for the Passive Man!

I've been thinking recently and several of my much loved brain farts occured to me

I was thinking about what Krimster had said about his daughters not liking passive men, a complaint of many women apparently. On reflection though I realised that the passive man actually had a lot to offer a woman and not just being a doormat, lol. I have seen instances where passive men make great fathers, both committed to their children and able to communicate calmly in an understanding manner to the child. Conversely a lot of alpha male guys can end up in shouting matches and/or frequent disputes with their children & partners Some alpha male guys can also be very unfaithful to their partners.

So it got me thinking that maybe the passive man should be better put across in this more appealing manner than just being seen as a negative beta to alpha characteristic. Any on here agree?

Passive men do offer a lot because they never say "No". I've dated a lot of women and nobody ever told me they liked a "yes" man. Gold diggers probably would.

Conversely a lot of alpha male guys can end up in shouting matches

I remember hearing a story of my aunt in a shouting match with a man over some issue. Can't remember but I think it was over something she bought while on vacation and the guy was Muslim and rude shouting back. Her husband is known in the family as soft and passive. He went up to the man and apologized. She probably wished he shouted back at the guy and stood up for her. She put him in the doghouse for weeks...again.

Most women want a man that has grown some balls carrying a heathy amount of testosterone and willing to protect the family in all situations.

Twatting a guy for 'yelling at your wife' ?...Hah ...  Simply, put your arms around her and escort her away ...

Far more serious is a guy trying to stop contact with your kids  - in spite of a series of Family Court orders to the contrary ..  He tries to twat you.. he fails, then breaks his nose on the top of your head ...and cries 'foul' ..


Was it worth getting up locked TWICE (overnight) in the cells and not seeing one's kids for six months - to be found unanimously 'not guilty' ?..

Maybe you should explain what a passive man is in your mind.
Also maybe you should explain what a beta is in your mind.

Women want a man of action. They want you to get on a plane,
go see them, seduce them and win their hearts. You don't have
to be the alpha dog to do that. You just have to go do it.

Stop thinking that Alpha Dogs are good and Beta's are bad.
They are just different. Alpha's put off a sizeable portion of
women most of the time (just not when they are ovulating).

You are what you are so accept that, improve what you can
and keep moving on.
