Need recommended flower delivery service with photo option

Hi all,

I wish to know of a reliable place to send flowers or gifts to a woman in  Ukraine or Russia. I wish for them to take a photo confirming that she is real and get her home phone number sent to me as well. I really need to get the phone numer!

I used to have a list but I think it's outdated. I know one has been mentioned but I'd like to compare.
