Thanks to the BCIS, Democratic party and their Feminazi's
« on: August 24, 2006, 01:19:06 PM »
I would like to use this forum to express my extreme contempt for the BCIS, Democratic party and their crazy feminazi's. You see its the democratic party and their crazy left wingers who came up with the VAWA act of 1996. The act itself makes sense, but it made no sense to include immigrant women. It has become nothing more than a set up to screw over American men since the number of the DV [ domestic violence] cases with immigrant women have gone from the 100's in the 90's to 1000's of cases in the last couple of years, even though these politicians know this there is no plan to change it. The BCIS is just as bad, they futher perpetuate the DV claims by throwing out any evidence from the mans side of the DV claim and passout greencards to scamming immigrant women in their newly installed express lane. Judging from this practice i am sure BCIS policies are influenced by these left wing Feminazi's as well.

Doesn't this make your proud of our system? We can all thank the tree hugging, ozone hole fearing, left wing liberal whacko's for such stupid laws that hurt American men, OF COURSE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A POLITICAL PARTY WHERE A TREE HAS MORE RIGHTS THAN AN UNBORN BABY??  THINK ABOUT IT !!

SHAME ON YOU DEMOCRATS OUT THERE!! YOU MAKE ME SICK!!

Gary the BCIS has added a letter and is now the USCIS.

VAWA with INS provisions is bipartisan although it orginated out of the Left's women's rights advocates to be sure.

The problem was that prior to '96 immigrant women were facing deportation if their marriages ended before they got their Green cards. Even women who were being abused. The 1994-96 solution to all of this is what we have now. Instead of striking a balance the lawmakers swung the scales of justice to the extreme left and allowed a unchallenged self petition. This created an avenue for fraud and allot of male victims from false charges. The after affects to this with the men is what you are experencing, an alienation from your government and venting. I did allot of venting against RW and the BCIS as it was called back then for the first year or two.

Gary,

It's obvious you are passionate about your beliefs regarding these women and immigration.  Focus your energy toward making things as balanced as possible.  That will not remove all of the pain of betrayal you have experienced, but your energy will be used for something constructive.  That gives purpose and meaning to all of this.

I know what you've been through and am myself headed the same direction.  I sure hope some of the guys here learn from others difficulties.  I will likely will be helping you in your quest after things die down.

Talk to you soon,
Frank

Yep, that's why I went apolitical. That way I didn't have to deal with it. Unfortunately, my solution is pretty much out of question, so...

Anyone up for a UMBRAge on IMBRA referundumdum?

And that is the typical American attitude, and you wonder why this country is going to south in a handbasket.  Ever since the 80's everyone wants instant solutions and do not think about 10. 20. 30 years in the future.  I guess that what one should expect for a generation raised by the television where everything is solved in an hour.

Damn I was going to say that!!!
Your Mom is so dumb that she tried to minimize a 12 variable function to a minimal sum of products expression using a karnaugh map instead of the Quine-McCluskey Algorithm.

Louie, jb....... you guys are not paying attention. Nobody said it was Bush's fault. He's just a go along guy with the pen. VAWA and IMBRA is mixed in with his Law Enforcement and Justice Department grants. Bush gets what he wants, the Congressional leaders get what they want and everyone around the table smiles. They probably had a celebration cake and champagne waiting for them.

As far as the great injustices from VAWA I doubt that Bush and the Congressional leaders even know anything about it. That information is filtered out by the congressional staffers and the media. Now if they knew all the imbalances in the laws and all the trouble that results from this would they revise this??? I rather doubt it. Let's face it guys who marry immigrant women have no popular support on their side. Frankly even on this board you will have people who will argue in favor of the inbalances of VAWA, IMBRA and the whole "justice" system. So if guys in trouble with immigrant women get spotty support from the people here then what hope is there they will get support on the outside of all of this?
