Scammers I have run across...

Here are a few scammers I have corresponded with, maybe will help some of you ;)

I never send money so none of their scams worked on me.....

I will only post the pictures as the names mean nothing because they change so often....

She wanted money for visa to come see me.......said she only needed $75 and had a connection in her city that would get her the visa........

It cost around $350 to get a real visa and only can be obtained at the American Embassy in Moscow.

These scammers look for people who have no clue how this process works.....I'm not one of those ;D

Do you think that pictures mean something... several scammer thief profile and picture from honest women... once the real good woman is listed in black list, they choice a other profile... false passport and false visa are sometime used...

That's not quite accurate;  A visa for a Russian costs $100.00, and I believe a visa for a Ukrainian is $0.00 now since Ukraine now dropped fees for Americans to travel to that country.   Remember, it's based on reciprocity.

I had a scammer send me photos of her mother, grandmother, flat, friends, her pets etc.. Just a way to get you to feel comfortable before dropping the hammer.

Neither the pictures nor the names mean anything, except as warning for others that are in the process of the scam.
There for posting name adress and e-mail once there is a money letter is much more efficient than posting pictures.
To find the exact picture in Google or Yandex is a lot harder than to find a name and address.
No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)

I just dipped my toe in the pool by posting a profile on freepersonals.ru, so I imagine I'll find out soon enough for myself, lol.   ::)

One that I thought was funny was that a scammer that I wasted a trip on in January had another scammer (Juliana Olara) steal her photos and is using them for her own scam.

It was not nice to delete what others wrote. It seems like the owner is afraid of something. Something is not clean on this forum then. Why you delete waht is useful to others? I think you guys don't really want people to know about scammers because you have a dating site with russian girls. that easy. he he  ;D ;D I think it is not noci to delete any posts what other wtore. Do you realize you or your pal's "book" (and I use that term in the loosest fashion) could not pass muster at even the smallest US publishing company? So you (or your pal) had to self-publish? Tsk tsk, vanity presses traditionally were reserved for crazy academics or the wives of wealthy men who wished to publish their verse (I dare not call their work "poetry".)

Dude, there's a huge market for shlocky romance novels about virtuous women who fall for rapscallions. Just think of how much more interesting your book jacket would be with some heaving bosom clinging to a pirate? I suspect your uhh, talent is more primed for such a market.

Dan, you should read him/her his/her rights:

You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning.
If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense.
