I will get up out of bed after wife has warmed the house with our wood burning furnace, and after she has prepared breakfast.

I've learnt it's best to start a search for a woman AFTER International Woman's Day. That then gets rid of the cost and bother of sending a girl stuff who you probably won't ever end up in a LTR with :cheesy:

I sent flowers and gifts to love interests in Russia and Ukraine every year until my wife questioned the credit card charges.

Better yet, make first contact on Valentines or Women's Day and send a lot of flowers, candy, wine, and heart emojis. Sending an emoji is totally free and within everyone's budget. If you end up marrying the girl, she will forever memorize this special day as your first day of contact.
