IMHO, no, cuz Ramzan Akhmadovich and the chechens would try and take over, this would be one of the worst things that could happen
any increase in chaos in Russia will be dangerous

if Putin isn't secretly mobilizing to match Ukraine's mobilization
then he'll be forced to use WMDs against Ukraine by next year
