The lessons we learn in life....
While I had used other agencies, like many others, I guess I got sucked in by the CC Candy-Making machine. For years everyone (including me) worried about having our money taken by some GCG or scammer in disguise, and along came CC, telling us; Don't worry, everything will be alright. We will protect you from scam, and our women ARE real, and we fight SCAM, etc, etc, etc.... Then the real truth comes out of their slickly-crafted money-making machine..... BUT, time IS ticking on their little formula.....
Anyway, on the advice of others on here and RWG and other friends, I have listed my profile on Bride.RU, and in only one day of being posted I am actually getting some decent responses from some nice women. NO, not the "Model-Type" that CC parades in their top 100 list, but some nice catches. And best of all, it's FREE! (to receive their letters and email if they initiate contact). Now, I will have to put on the old guard, and use my scam-sniffing senses. I guess agencies like CC give you that security-shield feeling, that we will not be scammed by the women, instead the agency gets you! HA! Anyway thanks to Billy B and others, I think my plane is now back on course again. Back to hard work, letter writing and a few trips, and we shall see what it all brings. Of course, I am aware that there is no "TOTALLY SAFE" route, but there is a smarter path to happiness, and I like it! Lately, I have felt like the guy in the beer commercial that keeps hitting his "BEER ME" button with nothing happening. I think I have found the REAL beer again! Good hunting to all!!!
P.S. By the way, a few have asked a little about who I am, so for the record, I am 5'8" 180, I work out regularly, I am 40 years old (but look like I am 30, THANK GOODNESS for good genes) and have had decent luck getting women here. Problem has been, I am sick of the stuck-up American bi***** that just want to know how much money you have. And of course, I want a good family-orientated woman who will be a good wife. (like what many other guys want) Plus, I can't touch the age difference here in the USA. Once a girl finds out my true age, it's OVER with here......
*** I have attached a photo of me and my first FSU (blonde) girl from Ukraine (my first trip there almost a year ago). She was nice, but plagued by family problems. Funny thing, I wrote her and met her thru CC. Can you believe it? The second photo is with my present FSU sweety from Russia (who I am still checking out), I also met her (in March 2006) thru WC (CC), and we presently communicate thru our own personal email & phone.
