A Belarus Bride Trip Report 2

Hello I wanted to make a report about my experience with "A Belarus Bride".  I went on 2 trips with this agency.  They charge a high membership of $3495 for a lifetime membership.  After I joined, I was introduced to a couple of ladies who I wrote for over six months.  I then went on my first trip to Belarus to meet these 2 ladies.  I first met with Olga the interpretator over at Minsk Airport.  We then drove over to Vitebsk.  I paid Olga the interpretator $35 per day; during a 12 day trip. The hotel was $40 per night.  On the night I arrived, I got a phone call from Greg Zaytzeff telling me the ladies were cancelling.  I thought it was strange that the 2 ladies I was writing for 6 months both suddenly cancelled on the same night right before my first day of meeting them.

Over the next several days I would meet Olga at various restaurants and meet the various women there. I went on dates with different women who I didn't think were very attractive.  Finally on the 8th day or so, I met one who was alright and we took some photos.  After that I went back to the USA .

I was not really satisified with the lady I had met the first time, and decided to give it another try.  Once again I wrote another one for 6 months or so. I returned to Belarus and met Olga again and we drove to Vitebsk.  This time the lady was there and we met every night and tok over 50 photos together.  We even got engaged.   I came back to the US after the trip that seemed successful.  I paid Nina and Greg to put together my Fiance Visa application which was $3800; soon after I got back from my trip.  They told me they needed to wait for her documents that they said they needed for the Fiance visa.  Anyway, I waited for several months and these documents never did show up. When I pressed my "fiance'" and asked her to get these documents herself with an expedited company, she suspiciously created excuses, and then nothing seemed to work out after that.  Finally, I ask this dating agency to call this girl and ask her what's going on, and I pointed out that we don't need these documents to begin with, because Apostille documents aren't needed until the interview at the embassy.  Once I pointed this out and after a kind of harsh email about my opinion of the situation, my phone number was mysteriously blocked. That was my experience with Abelarus bride.  Please make your own decision about iof you want to use this company or not.

And why do You pay Belorussian agency to do a fiancee visa and not say US immigration attorney?
They seem to be based in Ohio, can't You go after them here in US?

scammers don't do just ONE SCAM and quit...

once they find "a mark" and scam him, they will keep scamming him for as long as they can
and the more money the victim sinks into it, the more reluctant he is to give it up, so he sinks in even more....

Temple, anyone could have been writing to you over the six months, hairy Boris, etc. What's more is you are essentially paying someone to write to you, paying someone to meet you if you travel there. It's a simple enough scam to see, you pay them a big lump sum (at least for there) out of that money someone will take an income and write to you. If you turn up they will likely pay some women say $50 or so to meet you (not bad for over there) plus you usually pay for any dates to restaurants, etc.

The rest of the money, well a small part will go on running the 'agency' so they can hope to rope other mugs in and bring in more money. The rest is pure profit, a good profit for over there, thousands of dollars. If they can replicate what they did with you, with others they will be able to afford a very good standard of living in Belarus. If they get a bad enough name then they just change the agency name, set up as a new agency and once again back in business.

You need to understand that relationships take time to develop usually, they aren't often an overnight thing to Marriage. You need to both spend lots of time with each other in person. That isn't going to be easy flying in & out for a bit. A woman needs to feel she knows you and is invested in you emotionally, that doesn't often happen overnight, she would hardly know you in the time you spent with her. Good progress can be made in short visits but moving straight to marriage is a bit premature most of the time.

If I were you I would get myself on Fdating.com, it's a free website paid for by advertising. Everyone registers and writes their own profile themselves. Many don't even write a profile, it's just photo and a few statistics on themselves from a pre created list. No profit motive there, an occasional scammer may try to get to a pay per letter site or ask for money or gifts, etc. Avoid those, most women are fine on there, most are genuine women so you are in much better territory there.

A lot of guys want the work done for them, but there really isn't that much work. Some guys want to pay and think they are getting better access to the women but that is rarely true. Better to just put in the legwork and deal with what is real.

You've paid $3500 tuition to the school of hard knocks. It's up to you if you want to learn from
this and be more successful in the future. If you want every one of the guys here will try to
help you, even the ones who posted mean things.

None of the members want to see a guy get scammed.

I will post more information if you come back and write a post saying "I'm back!"

but as of now you are a one post wonder who got ridiculed after the first post. Most
guys run away and never come back. I am too busy living the dream with my wife and
family to write a meaningful post if you have left and are never returning.

It's true, I usually try to think like that when I have done something that wasn't the best course of action in terms of think of the loss (usually small for me) like an academic study course, most you have to pay course fees to learn. If we learn something from a mistake we make in life it's much similar, we of course don't like to lose money but if we gain knowledge, become more street wise, less naive, etc then we have learnt something as the phrase goes 'live and learn'.

Life is life and rarely people put in a perfect performance without making some mistakes in their life.

Temple can either let this experience beat him and bear it for the rest of his life or get up and turn it around by getting out there on Fdate or similar and finding himself a real relationship and look back on this experience in a year or two's time etc and laugh at the silly thing he did from the vantage point of a good long term relationship with a good FSW.
