Any tips on filling out the I-134?
« on: September 11, 2006, 07:28:56 AM »
Any advice on filling out a I-134 document? I am mostly interested in any catches or potential snags that DHS tend to get people on...

Nothing special. Read the instructions, give them all the related information they ask for and fill out the form completely and you should be fine. As with just about all of these forms they do tend to be a bit confusing in their language so if you hit a snag as a specific question and there are plenty of folks here who have filled it out.

Maybe do a sample one just to see how it goes for you. Use made up information where you need to.

What does the term "relationship to sponsor" mean? I presume relative, friend, business, fiancee, financial sponsor?

Seems like a strange question to be asking at this stage.. or did I miss something?

Is there anything else besides the cart that can be put in front of the horse?

You are the sponsor so what ever it is to you. Wife, fiancee, mother, second cousin twice removed on your father's side.

So, what is the deal here? Are you practicing or is this real? Is there a horse for the cart? Just a cart? Just a wheel for the cart? Inquiring Minds Want To Know!
