Need advice new at this

Hello,

I am new at this russian women meeting.  I plan on traveling to Volgograd in late April.  Before I make a mistake, anyone ever heard of this marriage agency Russianmatch.ru? I have been emailing this lady, and she only writes to me once a week. I assume because it's hard for her. travel ect. What about the area, hotels, plane  transfer at Moscow to Volgograd. I do not plan on letting the agency set me up, too expensive. Any advice would be grateful, Lawman

I've never dealt with the agency you mention.  If I were you I would first do a search of recommended sites and scam sites.  Just google scam agencies and russia to see what you come up with.  Speak to whomever they have Stateside just to get a feel for them.  Ask pointed questions.  Why Volgograd?  Are you going just to meet one girl?  Do you have a back-up plan in the event things do not work out with your girl?  How long and how often do you correspond with her?

Yep, fiorella have right... and i don't trust antiscam site because almost all have connection with some marriage agency...

The best method is check yourself the site...

My conclusion for Russianmatch.ru ... i have visit the site and they have a little database of own scammer... one of these was already listed on these forum

What i find strange, they know is real location now ( Kazan ) but the location on ads was other ( Saratov )... it mean that they have only control the IP of the lady after the scam and not control it before they publish the ads... a ip control is so fast make...

So, everybody can publish everything until appear the problem... who say you that the russian woman you communicate with is not myself in Belgium who game with you :shock:...

Have you asked your girl to help you find an apartment? 

I've not heard of this agency. 

If she writes once a week, that aint a bad thing. Don't let your mind create problems. If there are problems, that is why you have a back up plan. 

Try to stay optimistic, if you think she is being sincere with you.

Remember no matter what they tell you, agencies want to make money from this process.  They can be helpful, but also a sponge.
