Good thing those folks were travelling in August instead of Winter time when the roads get really bad! That truck laying on it's side should get a ticket for obstructing traffic and reckless driving.

Wow those photos were something else.  I used to complain about the road in Panama.  When you get off the main highways, it's tme to play dodge the potholes.  The Panamanian goverment deliberatly leaves these roads in disrepair, to discourage people from speeding.  That is not a joke either.  My family's home town, La Chorrera, just recently installed trafic lights at the main intersections in town.

Does Russia and Ukraine have problems with cry baby demonstrators deliberatley blocking the road ways?

This is a problem in Panama, and pisses everybody else there.  When ever some issue comes up, the leftist cry babies (usually from the University) make road blocks on main motorways.  They either put a long across the road, or make a human chain, lay down on the road.  They think they're winning sympathy for their causes (that change as often as my shirt), all they do is make everybody else angry.  The general population of Panama regards them more of a nuisance to get around, like a power outage.
