Someone hadasked me ifI was payinbg for sex, and I simply made a reply to the question.  it in no way referred to the agency we started.  Let's be real.  There are a dozen websites or more now doing the same thing we're going to do.   Only difference, we do not call ourselves a marriage or dating agency.  End of discussion.

Amsterdam is a much better place to party. Much cheaper, no visa and everything is 'up front' and safer for all involved. Plenty of FSU women there also.

Sorry.  There was a type:  correct website:  www.experienceodessa.com

Or, you can e-mail garyfmeyer@comcast.net or shendren@blueridge.net.

My partners are setting the schedule and prices and will ahve more information than I do.  I am in Odessa coordinating events, tours, night clubs and social affairs which will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.  I am also interviewing and screening ladies who want to participate.  I currently have over 100 ladies interested.  They range in age from 21 through 38.  Our guys are ranging in age from 24 through 50.  This is not a marriage or dating agency.  We are simply placing men in the company of beautiful women.  If a guy meets the love of his life nd a serious relationship develops - good.  If a guy  meets a girl and just wants some companionship during his stay - good also.  We are a vacation/travel agency.

No matter how you defend it, your clients are thinkin' there gettin' some, & that does not make you any different than the dishonest agencies out there!!

You are promoting SEX period & that does nothing to boost the good agencies that do a good job & to say nothing of changing the myths about why foriegn men come here to find women. You are just confrming all the doubts.:(

Actually, we don't know really what he make but i don't worry too much about this...

Do you remember Thailand more of ten year ago... several tourist agency have promote tour where sex was present ( without say it directly )...

Some change of local law, have make that the non-honest agency have dissappear very fast... and actually, the ukrainian law are enough strong... only one complain of Ukrainian lady and he will know problem...

And some foreign law are enough strong too... by example, a French man can be send in jail in France for fact ( sex tourism ) who happend in other country...

Ukraine become slowly enough strong but what about country near your door like Cuba http://www.ageofconsent.com/comments/sextourism.htm ...

And what about our own marriage agency : " They should ban or jail those who force these young girls into the prostitution industry and the groups of people who sell the girls as a mail order brides.  The mail order bride industry is more independent; foreign men actually buy the girls under the term of "bride" and view her as their possession.  They have the right to use her anyway they want. " ... http://www.public.asu.edu/~dejesus/330projects/~dbank/elainekim/sextourism.html

The best method to fight these problem, it is to help any country to raise his level of life... unfortunaly, it is a very long process...

RVR,

Surely ain't the old time dance salon where soldiers bought tickets for a quarter for dance with a girl.

A social is a social period. At least the marriage oriented agencies make the pretense that it is a function to meet women for a longer relationship.  Here it seems is even less than that since the 'host' even admits he is not a marriage agency.

Yes gotta be nuts to travel so far to re-live a high school gym dance. Much more bang for the buck elsewhere.

Whatever.. to each his own. A lot of this RW business is simply to make a buck off desperately lonley souls anyway.

Hey! Happy Easter all!

From that we can assume you have nothing of value to contribute to the general fund of knowledge here, you are here solely to advance the interests of your own pocketbook.

Good, I'm glad we finally got that cleared up.

To all of you negative naysayers, a simple f*** you will suffice.  So, we will make a little money.  So, clients will have fun in a different setting.  So what?  We have already been through every legal aspect, and we have talked to various government people.  No problem with any of them.  Our license is being processed by a lawyer who has more knowledge concerning these matters  in his little finger than most of you have in your pea sized holier than thou brains.  I am now "unwatching" this topic.  Another forum I've been using seems to have a better, clearer thinking group of people posting.

Hey Ex-ranger, on one hand I respect you for the service you have contributed for your country, on the other hand I find this type of service you are providing and advertising to be disgusting. I'm sure your a nice guy and all but I really have to wonder about a guy's mentality who thinks "dating" girls 40 years younger than himself is cool.

I read almost all the other forums, and am proud to be a member of all these forums except one. I am real curious as to which of these other Russian discussion forums have the better, clearer thinking people posting who are in agreement with you and your new vacation/travel agency.

Ahh.. the verbage erupts.. as a pimple does when squeezed.

Really funny was your profile on another board listing:

If you could pick a song that related to Russian women, what would it be:   Pretty Woman

Guess you liked the movie too Phil.. who's kidding who?

Yeah you'll make a little money then one of these AM's gonna hit some trouble and your lawyer will love you even more.  Of course he's smart - he smells a future fortune bailing you out.

BTW you can "unwatch" all you want but we know you will peek

Anyhoo.. good luck! :D

I'm not stating that you had a bad experience with an American-  ASKING.

OK. Assume that this is a "tourism sex" business, which it is not. But,  assuming it is, what would be so wrong with that if every one involved  benefits? From a moralistic view, I would agree that its wrong but,  from a business point of view, c'est la vie. Far worse things are  happening in countries of the former USSR.

You know.. Mr Retired Army Ranger: Its activties like yours..which give  us Americans a bad name! Shame on you. NOt only do you paint an ugly  picture of American men, but also of FSU women and may I dare say ;  American women.. Yeah yeah yeah.. we have heard it all: American women  - No Good, RW: Good - AM - Best ! :) Gosh !

and please be American : at least spell proper English on your web  site. Now, you are an agency with a difference??? Wow and lest see: you  even  do Translations: Hmm..can u please first write correct  English: lets see :
experienced owner's and staff.

Oh,  sorry. Tourism. These are young guys who normally spend several  thousand dollars going to the same old beaches in America. Many jumped  at the opportuinity to travel overseas. Several have never even had a  passport. None have had a visa for any country in Europe, Asia, or  Russia.
and your point is??????? Let me guess;
get a passport --> experience Odessa! and why me? because I am AMERICAN !!!

Well, the *new* board software has a provision for notifying a member of they are posting in a thread which is MORE THAN A YEAR OLD. Actually, the configuration is more than 120 days old. It doesn't prevent anything, but it does make sure people know when they are engaging in necroposts.

Necropost is a term for a message posted in a very old forum topic that should have long since died.

Thanks.. but if necroposts are a problem: then the site moderators should:
  • either disable the reply buttons for those posts deemed as  'necroposts' - and that should be and is - a really easy task to  accomplish.[/*]
  • Or delete such 'necrooposts' - as they are annoying to some[/*]
After all, how would members know if and when to respond.

with apologies to those whos feelings are hurt by me posting replies to  such 'necroposts' - although people have replied to replies to  necroposts :) but then on the other hand, they have responded to a  recent post :) Now, does that [reply to a nceropost'] make a necropost  - alive?

my 2 cents ;):X

No harm done.

The "moderators" will be handling this MUCH more efficiently in the future, I am sure. ;)

:offtopic:

A funny sidenote: I went and checked out that site. One of the things I was interested in was the META tags (they help point search engines to your website). I wanted to see if there were any "play for pay" references I.E.: "sex" "nude women" stuff like that, which would condemn or vindicate the original poster. No such references were found, but it DID have "firstdream" mixed in with the usual tags, as well as "volgagirl". Are these agencies related by a business arrangement of some sort, or is this clown trying to steal Jack's google hits? :noidea:
