The investigation will probably reveal that the murder was committed by a Chechnyan terrorist .

And not so serious on penalties. This 16 year old killed a journalist...his wife and two small children...and got 10 years in prison. Crazy!

Killer of journalist`s family sentenced to 10 years
 
 Today the court of the Altay Republic sentenced 16-year old Ruslan Kulish to 10 years of jail. It`s the maximum they could give, the killer is 16 year old and cannot be punished more. Ruslan killed Alexander Petrov, the journalist, his wife and two kids, because of their not new japan car. He wanted to drive around.

He threw the bodies into the river, had some cognac and went for a drive. One hour after the terrible kill he was already having fun in the company of his friends, took pictures with the cam taken from the journalist`s dead body. None of his friends who helped him to spend the bloody money was condemned. The relatives of the killed family demand them to be convicted according to 316 article of the Criminal Code - for covering up.

Kulish has nothing against the sentence, which he thinks is fair enough. His advocate agrees too. They say, Ruslan Kulish is a drug addict.
