Good cities with good agencies to visit in Russia

Yesterday I was asked by a friend for some suggestions of good cities to go to in Russia where there are some honest agencies that he can use to meet gals.

At the time I suggested Tver and gave him both Richards and Marc's contact info.  After just reading all the battle threads between the two I am starting to think I should suggest a different destination.  He did talk to Marc on the phone last night. 

I suggested he avoid SP and gave him the name of a gal in Moscow that can hook him up with a lot of women, probably for free.   Can someone suggest some other good cities with good agencies he can visit.  Maybe something like Omsk or Kazan if there are good agencies there.

Volgograd and the Anastasya Agency

From Moscow it's a short flight (2.5 hours) and I think it's an interesting city too. To understand the city, you first need to read about the battle of Stalingrad during WWII.  Anyway, Anastasya (the owner) is very honest and everyone I dealt with from the agency was top-notch.  The translation rates are reasonable and with the holidays coming up soon they also do a great job with gift delivery.  They can arrange apartments and home-cooked meals once you are in-country.  In short, they are very highly recommended.

 happiness is absoultely right, top notch agency, with honest owner. Volgograd and Volzhsky also seem to have a very high amount of beautiful, and eligible women. Not so many on Anastasya's site now, but a few i'm sure. It's worth using them even if you find some girls on your own there, they're translators and driver are very good, and for a good price.  - David
