Suggestion and recommendations:

  I have traveled to about half the cities in Ukraine as well as walked

in Moscow and SPb {Saint Petersburg} and did my thing. To me the

Agency thing is over done in several cities. For instance the city of

Vinnista has over 5 agencies in it. Tha Agency Laura which was owned

by a very kind woman Larisha. Has closed. I would guess from all the

other agencies which poped up. I know of the couple which runs their

   Please understand cities like SPb have over 30 agencies and not one

to me is worth using. You may find love in SPb. But to me it's way over done.

Kiev has less agencies and all have thousands of women. Not a few hundred.

So much for SPb. While Moscow has only a few agencies which work out of their flats.

Like why is western Ukraine empty of agencies? I have a few thoughts. But what

do you think. This is where they speak Ukrainian or else they don't communicate.

I took a look at the agency-exclusive. The first thing I notice it is link page only has sex sites and sex related sites on it. Not a good start for a honest agency.

The About us has only a PO box and mobile phone number. This give me the impression that they don't have a office or a legal license either.

No where on there site can I find the owners names,  According the there domain. The owner address is a private apartment.

There is no refund policy, scam policy or any insight about how they handle complaints with there clients.

The photo look good and I see some non-glamour shots.

At this time I can't recommend this agency until they fully disclose on there site who they are. Let me know once they updated there site and I will take a look at it again.

Welcome aboard Marc! We are always happy to see honest agency owners (and others knowledgeable about the FSU) joining us.

As for Kevin's list - it seems to me his initial post was inviting people to recommend ANY agency they feel is honest. I understand that Kevin has some criteria he uses as a filter to determine if an agency makes it onto his list, or not - so it is probably not a perfect list of HONEST agencies - there are likely to be some who simply don't choose to apply a business model that maps to Kevin's criteria, but it is still a good starting point for someone who would like to find agencies with some integrity. I'd recommend Marc, that you contact Kevin and ask him to include your agency's site(s).

And BTW - if Kevin takes a little time to get back to you, please understand that his wife just had a baby a few weeks ago. I imagine he is pretty bleary-eyed about now. Sleep deprivation does strange things to one's mind

For starters I charge no fee's or collect money from anyone to be link on my site. No paid advertisments.  All expensive come out of my pocket for this site. Just because I want too.

There are a few more sites that I would link that are members of the angelika network but the owner of the network will not allow his agents to be listed because one of the owners and I don't get along. I do not understand his logic but the site owners have to obey his request.

As far as other sites. I have three main roles to get listed. 1. The agency owner must provide his name and contact information on the web site. 2. The office address and contact information must be on the web site and 3. They must post a policy page on there site. 

Believe it or not most sites do not wish to meet the criteria of the first 3 rules before I even start to investigate there agency to see if they are honest.

If you know of any specific agency that you believe is honest and want me to list it just send me there link and and I will ask them to meet the requirement of the site and I will be glad to list them for "FREE".

The whole purpose of this site is to promote honest marriage agencies.

The listing for the list "honest agency" is free... every agency can ask to be on these list...

I have work enough on my site to try meet his 8 rules... but it was not lucky... my site is not a real agency, it is my hobby, my personal page...

And Kevin have help me to make some correction and have find a method to list me, in a special section "non agency"...

If other site cannot be listed, it is maybe because they don't wish be listed... several agency on the internet have no physical address, sometime no contact e-mail ( of have one but don't reply )... it is a minimum rule... below, you can find the 8 rules from Kevin... it seem not a lot but a lot of sites don't meet them...

Yes I know Kevin, and have heard lots of good thing,s about him. The point of my post is if it fits Kevins standerds its an ownest agency. If it dosenot fit Kevins standards then well dose that make it a bad agency?

I have nuthing bad to say about him he is a good man, but if I don't follow in his foot steps his way he wont list an agency that he knows and knows they are an ownest agency, well like Kevin I do my agency my way, and I am not going to change it to fit his standards. You don't last 12 years if your not doing something wright.

It is true that I have mininum. standards to be listed.  If you know of any agency that doens't meet my mininum standards and still believe that is should be listed. Tell the me name of the agency. Which standard it doesn't meet and why. If they have a good enough reason I will still put them on my list.  But I don't know of any agency that should be listed as honest if they can't at least post on there site their name, addresss and contact information.  But I'm sure there might be a reason why an agency wouldn't

Can you give me the links to your policy page and where I would find your local office addresses or do you use agents? So I can list you either as having a  local office or a agent office. Also the cities that you cover.

Kevin, if you take a look at the home page from Khersonbrides, you don't see something special but if you read the bron code, they have hundred of hidden link ( around 60k html code )... more link to good site who have the same subject lead to a better page rank ( it is one of the several parameter ) .... the search engine see these link but not the visitor... remember our discussion about internet ethic and good webmaster...

When i check her site fully with a page ranking program, they have a page rank 4 but they loose one level because of the bad practice... the global result for google give only a 3...

Now, about your site honestmarriage agency, you have 1 page rank 4, 7 page rank 3, 3 page rank 2 and 5 page rank 1... but your global page rank is 4 because of all your link are enough relevent and several site link to you in return...

The lifetime Partners names has been around for 12 years. If you want to see some cheep plays on my name just do a search on Google don't put www or .com you will have a list of about 50 sites that have nuthing to do with me. The part I love the most in their text it is www.lifetimepartners.com , but at the bouttom of text in smal print you will see driffrent names and it will take you to their site. Any good lawers out their I would give you the case for free, just give any dammages to kevins kids ?

Sad but thats the reason, I have been using the name www.goldenringbrides.com

I have no links to other services no out side agents, two sales Reps that work in the Santa Clara office part time with me. All girls in progream must come into office in Tver or Ivanovo in person, no supplied photos no art work we are looking at some connections in city near Ivanovo. Other then working on a new site and other special service, I don't think that their is anything elce I can tell you.
