I've used a couple of agencies there. I really recommend Frank at ukrainebride.net . He's an American who lives there most of the time. He runs his business in an American style, not Ukrainian. Everything's clearly disclosed, and he always answers your emails and calls promptly. He will continually follow up with you while you're there to make sure your trip is going well, and that you're making best use of your limited time there. Hope this helps, Wendell in Austin
