It is a tour operator who work mainly between ukraine and France... not used them but was recommended by a French marriage agency owned by a FSU lady married to a French man.

I don’t know if you have dealt with Schenghan visa before. It is advisable that your girl has return air tickets and confirmed hotel booking when she applies for visa. So instead of booking a hotel yourself it might be better to do it through an agency in Kiev. That agency will then be able to apply for her visa. The best known travel agency in Kiev is Himalaya Travels. I have used another agency a few times but right know I can’t remember their name. I first used them to book a holiday to Paris for my GF last year. We visited their office in Kiev and they claimed to be expert in travel to France. Despite that my friend had fully paid holiday the French refused her the visa. No reason was given but the agency thought that since she is 22 and a full time student with a blank passport she was refused. They refunded the money (minus some penalties etc.). Later in they same year we went to Budapest through them and this year visited Warsaw and Krakow. Each time the hotel was booked by the agency and they arranged the visa. However her flight I directly booked online with Aerosvit. My experience is that hotels are slightly cheaper if booked by an agency in Kiev but the flights are slightly more expensive. I will post the name of the agency if I can remember it as they are reasonably reliable (unfortunately I can’t ask my ex- GF as we are no longer on talking terms)
