Please take note of an important NEW site feature - and one which will receive lots of press and discussion in upcoming weeks, months, and beyond. RWD, as part of International Relations, is pleased to announce the publication of an Agency Code of Ethics. This represents a very important first-step towards defining standards of behavior to guide the actions of everyone involved in the endeavor of international introductions and relations.
