What is the "Independent Agency Representative" I am supposed to meet with?

What is the "Client Attestation Form" I am supposed to fill out before meeting a woman?

I am plannning a trip in March, possibly sooner.  I thought russianlovemath.com was legitimate, but I am not so sure anymore.

I've heard a lot about Russian love match. Many a men have had bad experiences with that agency. Before doing business with any agency, read terms of agreement. You're probably figuring out to meet the women at the agency, it's going to be very expensive. Many men have used that agency and I've only heard of one successful marriage to an agency girl of theirs and the guy still didn't endorse the agency. Have you called any of the ladies you're visiting? If not, why?

I have spent too much money on russianlovematch.com, sweethearts.ru, and confidential connections.  I have been doing this agency correspondence about a year.  I hope I haven't spent $500, I hate to even think about it.  I guess the reason I haven't called any woman is that these sites do not allow the exchange of personal contact information.

Anyways, about one month ago, a woman caught my eye and I began an everday email correspondence on russianlovematch.com and now I read about the "Independent Agency" and "client attestation forms".  What are these?

Of course, you should know to stay away from CC.  I know, I was scammed by them (do a site "search" and you Will find that I am not the only one here who has crossed paths this this crew).

Yes, the best advise anyone could give, is to eliminate the "middle man" as soon as practical in the relationship.  Or use a reputable agency (see posters here also). These are certainly shark infested waters here. If something seems wrong in your "gut", it probably is wrong.

RWD is a great resource (and fascinating reading) for someone just starting out on this adventure.  Good luck!

sweetheart.ru and Confidential Connections are bad news too. You're picking all the bad agencies. If you Google the name of an agency and scam, it could lead you to anti-scam sites. You might want to do that next time you choose an agency. The three agencies you're using have another thing in common. They use photoshopped glamour photos and when, and if you do meet a woman from any of those agencies, you could be disappointed. Some are probably models who don't even know their photos are posted in the agency. You have an uphill battle finding a relationship through any of those agencies and the dough you're spending is going to be plenty when it's time to use their services to meet a woman.
  There are easier and more realistic roads to take.

Don't waste your money.  Also, besides no contact info, you can not always tell who is emailing you.  The girl or the translator.  After 3 months I decided it was time to meet one.  Went thru the channels, then suddenly she "found another man of interest".    She is still on site with new pictures.  Learned my  lesson.   You may find some of these same girls tho on sites that give contact info if you do some research.   JJ

I found that some girls on "pay for use" dating sites were also on freepersonals.ru.

freepersonals gives contact details, and as the name suggests, it's FREE.  Jsut be careful of scammers!

Is the content true?

For months, in the back of my mind was this echo " Are the Russian Girls REAL?"

I KNOW I enjoyed true connections with some girls on that site.  I also know I developed a crush on a photograph! (I still can't believe THAT happened to me)  Additionally, I have come to know that some girls are "agency girls" and some of the letters are written by Boris (that throws a glass of cold water on the whole affair)

The answer is the worst possible:  YES AND NO.

Some good girls are in bad agencies.  Some bad girls are in good agencies.  RLM is particularly questionable.  There is much written to support this in these threads.  Use the search function.  There is a recent dialogue about RLM on another discussion group Russian woman guide.
