LOL...I think this topic/argument thing was awesome. Even the Legend Jooky Showed up in it! It's not a real topic or a party without Jooky in it. ( Legend )

I personally think Jinx's pictures on the beach looked photoshopped. :D

from Dan: I have seen the documents, which include:
* I-797C Notice of Action
* USCIS-Issued Welcome Letter - and Statement of Selection for the Diversity Visa Program
* Embassy-Issued Notice of Interview in Warsaw, Poland

Dan,

I hate to rain on the parade, but....

We all know the US Embassy in Warsaw, Poland hasn't been doing interviews for UA gals for some time.  I'd be curious about times of application and interviews.  We already know when jinx13 was doing his fooling around, so it would be interesting to know the rest of the story.

The usual and normal DV Lottery takes about 18 months to 2 years to complete up to the Green Card, so,,, if jinx13 was foolin' around with her on or about 2005, she probably submitted her application in about 2002, 2003, or earlier.  If she did file that much earlier and then looked for a mule after the fact, she sounds like a player to me.  I'd also be curious if this girl is Jewish, or a member of some other persecuted minority group, as they are the usual beneficiary of the DV Lottery.

I also do not believe the 40 year old virgin man theory.

My bone of contention is the message a thread like this sends to the newbie.  Legal immigration is not so easy as depicted here.  Like it or not, I'm guessing a bunch of people got played for the sucker, the Nanny family, the 40 year old virgin Nerd, and maybe, just maybe,,, poor old jinx13 himself is playing an unwitting role in these hi-jinx,,, (sorry,,, the pun was inevitable).

I've been trained to be suspicious of coincidence, and there is too much here that I don't believe.

Even when administrator saw my documents and posted on the board that I do have Green Card it is still not enough of proof for you jb, heh?
I am not "jewish or a member of some other persecuted minority group". Though I feel like I am persecuted by you , jb, on this board  :) And even if I would be persecuted or jewish it doesnt matter since the winners in the DV lottery are picked at random by computer, so nobody has " the usual beneficiary of the DV Lottery". And yes I submitted my aplication in autumn 2003, so it took me a while to get Green Card. I see you just dont belive in luck jb, thats too sad. You are always trying to find reasons how to put me in bad light and you never even met me. You dont know me, so what makes you do all that research and tons of typing just to prove to everybody else that I am so bad and offend me here.Maybe you are smart and you have been typing your advice on that board for a long time, but you are very stubborn and  have hard time learning new things. Lets just make an example about DV Lottery. You dont know anything about it, jb, even though you could have learned  a lot about it from the sources given on the forum, but you did not do a thing. And you keep talking about Green Card without knowing even simple facts. So I dont understand why somebody would think that you are smart. I would not listen to your advice since it is only based on the facts you know and you never take in the consideration any other sources of information.
You are wrong, jb, and you just cannot admit it and say sorry to the people you offended. Instead you prefer going on with your stupid ideas and investigations. Maybe you should become detective since you are so much into it. Then maybe you would have less time for typing your stupid ideas and suspicions on me.

Natala,

I know so much more about Green Cards than you will ever know. I have been studying BCIS rules, regulations, and laws probably for longer than you are eligible to participate in the games going to a GC.

Don't tell me what I know, or don't know, you will lose.  Everytime~!

There is so much not known here about your case.  Your b/f, jinx13, is not well versed about the rules, (probably not his fault) he doesn't understand what you did to achieve GC status.  We also do not understand your need for a financial sponsor since the GC is pretty much final and a sponsor is not required under the DV Lottery rules.  Seems redundant to us here.

My guess is that you had made a deal with the "El Nerd" , the 40 year old guy early on... Isn't that true? Isn't that pretty much right on, because you already had him lined up to sign the "Affidavit Of Support" to get you into the country and secure your visa.  It's okay, you can be honest with me, I already know about that.

You just used him to fit your own schedule, and I understand that need.

Jb,

You are starting to embarrass yourself, and looking more and more like a stubborn old fool.

Even with all the proof laid out here, documents showing she was a DV Lottery winner, and the proof shown by William3rd, which he cut and paste from the actual DV Lottery website (we were going to do it, but he beat us to it) that shows that you indeed do need a sponsor, it's one of the provisions listed.

Give it up JB, before you lose all respect you have gained here (somehow) over the years.

I have never been concerned with *respect* earned.  I have not earned any "respect" around here.  That was never my deal, I was always concerned only with the truth told.

There's somethings that don't pass the sniff test here.  Frankly, I don't think either you or Natalia are telling the whole truth here.  I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

First of all if you are so smart jb, why cannot you even  spell my name right? Is it sooo difficult? I am Nataly, not Natala.

If you studied the BCIS rules why dont you know simple facts about Green Card. You dont even have a clue what I-134 is, I think you need to take some more lessons from me as for BCIS rules since I did not just learned it but used it in practise also, what is very important for understanding things right.

And no, just because you are old you are not always right. Nobody can be always right, but only people from loony bin. There, in loony bin, they are allowed to be always right and I think it would be a great place for you jb too, since you have hard time living in the real world and admitting when you are wrong. I bet, you are one of the people who never say sorry.

"There is so much not known here about your case"It is simple story, jb. And it was written in details here. So why do you have problems understanding it, why it is still not known for you? Is English your second language? For me it is second language and still I can understand everything written on that forum (including your stupid posts too)

Affidavit of Support or one of the names for it I-134 ( maybe you will learn smth new today  ;)) is not so scary document to sign as it seems to you.  My friend signed it for me since I did favour for him, translating for him and all the girls he met in Ukraine. And he paid me not that much so I guess he felt like he still ownes smth to me since I was very nice and saved his ass from big troubles a lot of times in Ukraine.

"It's okay, you can be honest with me, I already know about that."
Are you psychic, jb? Can you see some things other people cannot see on that forum. You dont know me or David or my friend for who I was translating in Ukraine but you already know all about that. I hope you will consult good psychotherapist.

Darth,

Stay out of it, I already know you don't like me, you will not read any facts here, just make judgements based on personal feelings.

I don't expect any apologies, but it would be refreshing if someone here could actually admit when they are wrong...
Apologies?  Admit when you are wrong?

Better look in the mirror, bud.

And remember your attacks on other posters on other threads.  Even when your "mis-statements" were proven wrong, you did not apologize.

So you should expect the same treatment.

But the irony is, you are wrong here~ again.

Jinx~ it's better to be quiet rather than misrepresent the truth.

What attacks were those Darth? The "sleazy" comment that you misquoted me on like a million times?

Maybe you should read the whole thread smart guy, we already proved our case, with written documents even. Maybe Dan is in on the conspiracy too! Wow, what's going on here. You watch too many Star Wars movie's dude, get a life.

I am Nataly, not Natala.

The correct spelling of your name is not important to me.

I know what an "Affidavit of Support" entails, perhaps you do not.

Just to fill some people in on why certain people here don't like me, it was because of this simple comment about why I don't like organized agency tours, and socials.

Quote
... I personally think it's a risky, and somewhat sleazy way to meet women. Just my opinion, different strokes as they say.  -  David

Jack owns the Tour company, Darth and Start2  debated me in this thread, and Darth found every which we he could to try and make it seem like I said all women that go to these things are sleazy. Never meant it like that, and even did back down from the comment, but some guys just don't give it up.

I was debating this issue with Turbo Guy back and forth, but we don't hold any grudges, I don't understand the behavior of some people on the board, but hey, it's the internet, what can you do?

Anyway, that is some of the history going on here, and why I am being attacked by some. Can't explain JB, he may have started out thinking he was helping, or he was right, but after all that has been proven here, he should just stop, and maybe even say sorry to Nataly.

And what does it enatail jb ? Maybe you can tell me, what I-134 is? ???
Since your name is not important to me too, I guess I can make it a little bit longer
I think jb stands for just brainless  :)
