What is funny is the "reasons" who bring RWD in so black list :

1) Although it is an open forum, certain info is allowed while other is not.

RWD is the forum with the lower moderation that i have never see... mainly, moderator begin to work when insult reach already a high level... maybe that mister Jim consider "insult" to be info

2) Sometimes, a person's personal info is allowed to be published on the site. But other times, it is promptly deleted. How is that fair?

Usually, personal info and/or photo are deleted because the owner of the post ask it... or when it involve rant against someone without any evidence...

3) Some agencies are not allowed to be attacked or criticized, but other agencies seem to be fair game. How is that fair?

Funny... almost each time, agency are cut in piece and analyse directly after the first post... some survive, some not... i am here from the day one and i don't remember a agency who was not allowed to be attacked... of course, some are honest and nobody make nasty comment... Is be fair mean to attack every agency, same the good one...

4) What pushed me over the edge was the fact that this site now advertises anastasiaweb.com. GUH!?!?!?!?!?

??? Simply use the search engine of these forum with "anastasia" like keyword... yes, anastasia web is largely promoted on the forum but in a way who present them like a bad agency...

About the homepage see by non members, after more of 100 "refresh", no advert from Anastasia web but a lot of Elena model ( not the best one but these site is promoted by Jim too )

WHY IS JIM MAKING A ATTACK AGAINST RWD ?
Simply for low level reveange... some time ago, he have try to impose HIS point of view here... but since the strong character of the forum, some have dissagree with him... of course, his narrow mind is not able to see the difference between a few posters and all the membership... and in these case, it seem that these few posters was not wrong...

Its a pretty disgusting business when a "scam" site is attacking a message board as a "scam."  Is that guy on drugs or what >:(!

With RWD listed as a scam site it is quite evident that many of his listed "scammers" may also be incorrectly listed.  Nothin' like a man shootin' himself in the foot...eh Jimbo?  When ya'll a'comin' back to post?

One of the site listed in the black list is freepersonals.ru ... one of the reason is :

OMG!

YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING ME?

I can't believe it, I trusted you!

That's it,  I'm cancelling all my plans, joining Anastasia Web again and I'm taking that trip to Turkey with Sveta.  She said it was the best thing to do and before we go I'll dish out the cash from her to get her Visa and air tickets for the Christmas holiday in Australia.  Lucky she's got a friend in the travel business huh!

Now that her grandmother is out of hospital and her car has been fixed she's much happier these days.  It's a shame about the hot water system and her sister's abusive husband but now I bought them the apartment they'll be much safer too.

I hope they don't ripped off over the medicine for her little brother again, that kid deserves a break after what he's been through!

She was right all along...  We were meant to be together, and no offence to you all, but her photos (Especially the nudie shots) are much nicer than yours.

 ;)

Honestly,  that "Scam report" tells you something about the man. I don't know him and I'm never likely to meet him but the report makes me imagine some drunken fool in a pub rambling on about his bitter experiences with his ex-wife.

Thanks God some people are so stupid they verbalise their dysfunctions.  It'd be worse if he kept him mouth shut and people respected his opinions!

Kuna (But Rivardco made me do it!)   ;D

Hmmm, these Jim list is only about hate...

By example, "A foreign Affair" is number two on his gold list... some time ago, a topic related to AFA with FaceOfSiberia accusing AFA to make pornography with russian gals was posted here... the result is that now FaceOfSiberia is listed in the black list :

Quote
Why is "Face of Siberia" (faceofsiberia.com) on my Black List?
Solely because the owner needs a good bitch-slapping. Why?
His agency was listed on my Black List a few years ago. He whined, cried and threatened and I decided to remove him because I hadn't received any complaints about his agency for a log time. Well, he has decided to start attacking one of his competitors. I don't like that, but if he had actually proof, not hearsay, I would support his claim against the agency....

More is check the Jim site, more i see it like a tool for reveange... sometime he place agency/site in a black list for the simple reason that they have make attack/post on some forum against him or his gold agency ( these who pay for be listed in the gold list )

BEWARE agency owner, refusing to work with Jim can put you in a special list... take a look at http://jimslists.com/Refused.htm

Quote
I am NOT, in any way, saying anything good or bad about these agencies. I am simply saying that these agencies and sites do not want to work with me, a huge scam fighter, to rid their sites of scammers.

Why do business with anyone that does not care about scammers and allows them to run free on their site without informing their clients of this HUGE problem? I have my theories as to why they don't care about scammers. What do YOU think? I would never waste money on these agencies and sites.

Maybe need to change his name... in place of "Jim", a good name will be "Adolf"... you don't agree with Jim, you don't wish be part of his site, you reveal bad practice of agency in his gold list... and you become the "Jewish" to exterminate...

Possibly the fact that he's listed with a Reliability debated note in RWD's Anti-Scam Table may have hurt his feelings ;).

An anti-scam site without objective content is totally useless.  This guy is simply too involved with his own views and opinion of others..  Nothing more than a forum with one member posting.

We should all write him and give him an "ear full" at jim@agencyscams.com

Don't just complain here; do something about it by filling his inbox with emails.

I did  ;D

You are out of your mind, Jim.  I know about RWD, in fact, I spend hours a day reading and posting there.  It's the best place on the web for learning about and avoiding scammers.

Your listing of RWD as a scam site totally changes my mind about you being a resource to avoid scammers.  I will never use your site again, and will stop recommending it to others.

Until now, i was thinking that the Jim site's was a other type of anti-scam... during my time here, i have recommend him several time... now, i realize my mistake...

From now, ALL the anti-scam site have agenda and are suspect... from all possible place, a forum is the best place to have first hand information...

In any case, i have think that it was importat that the communauty was knowing this... attack RWD is attacking us... we, menbers, are the base from the forum...

One time I actually sent this guy "Jim" an email indicating that one of his "black listed" sites was one I used and actually had no problems with them.  In fact, I found them to be the best out of 3 I used.  I found my wife using this site, I actually visited their office in St Pete just for kicks and giggles, and recieved numerous emails from ladies and not a single one was a scammer or asked for money.  I also told him I referred a guy to the agency whom I met on the plane back from my first trip and he eventually found a lovely lady from Vladivostok off the site.  My friend found no scammers and thought the agency was good and honest.

So I told "Jim" this and all his reply was that he recieved a complaint which is why it is on the blacklist.  I also told him that I have not been paid any money from the agency (just in case he thought so) and I am just a happy customer.  Of course there will always be un-happy customers, however, in todays world when you "Black list" someone, it is bad.  He may have recieved a complaint, however, he also doesn't indicate that there have also been happy customers (as myself).

After geting his response I chalk up all anti-scam websites as clearly a money making venture and nothing else.

They all have an agenda.

Sorry Cal, but that is another untruth that should be stopped in its tracks! Sorry but it just bugs the crap outa me when somebody labels everybody in the same buisness bad just because of one moron or one bad apple!!! >:(
I get the same crap & feel the same way when some fool says all agencies are bad, we are not, some are, some are not.
I work with Dema at anti scam & I know this guy tries very hard & does his best to be fair to everybody. Unlike Jim he does not charge to be listed (although I can't say Jim has ever asked me for money, but then I ain't on the gold list either) & he does not make any personal opinions or judgements. He acts in a fair & honest manner towards everybody, no strings attached. He's a decent guy & I wouldn't be associated with him if I thought otherwise.
As for Jim, well I have to say it but I'm pulling his banner from my site. The guy obviously has a screw loose & a hate on for Dan & the RWD. How you can list a message board as a scam site is beyond me & totally ludicrous at best. In effect he has called everybody on this board scammers because we are the board. I don't know about you but I take great offence to that. In short he has insulted me & I will retaliate in the best way I can by removing his banner from my site. Should that cause him to pull my link from his site, so be it, but should he try to stick me on his black list because of this decision, well, I hope he isn't stupid enough to go there.

Well ole Honest Jim must have realized he really messed up after getting some e-mails from some of you guys, agencies pulling their banner ads, exposed, etc.

Here is a copy of a small part of Honest Jim's Blacklist this morning,.....

Russian Personals (personals.agava.ru)

russian-scam.org (why?)

Russian Tours (why?)

Russian Travel Ltd. - Manager - Dima (Dmitri) Kosolapkin - Lenina St 118, Omsk , Russia   (why?)

And copy of the same small part this evening,

Appears RWD went from scam to non-scam in one day. Good for you RWD!     ;D

P.S.  Honest Jim, you might also want to remove the comments you have regarding Russian forums.

That not so active forum you are mentioning  ???   well, I think it's more active than you are hoping to portray to your few readers.

Can you say    RUN  JIM   RUN !!!!!!   ;D

                                    Russian

I am still making my decision. There a many. They come and go.

One 'guide' forum was bought by a bad agency and is hard to trust now. Many of the regulars left.

One 'discussion' forum is not very active, and VERY bias & advertising anastasiaweb.com. RUN FORREST RUN!!!!!!.

Actually, following Darth's lead, I wrote him on December 1 to protest the inclusion of RWD on his list.

He answered that same day, saying~

Ok. But at least I don't advertise the biggest scam in dating history.

Oh, I removed RWD, jsut to maek You and only you happy.

Best of Luck,

Wow Michelangelo! I didn't know you welded such power!?! Can you have a chat with my ex for me... ;D

Since Jim did us such a great honor by removing us I think we need to make a special place for him. Top of the AntiScam Table in bold, banner ad on every RWD page, maybe even change our header image to show our undying respect for his valiant efforts in this oh so sordid affair!

<smart ass off>

His reply sounds like a couple of school kids. "Oh Yeah! Well your mom wears army boots!" "Yeah, well your mom has hairy legs!"...

Hope all is going well with you both!
