Actually I always wonder how do you guys estimate an intelligence's level of your brides if they don't speak English ( or speak at the level of 2 year olds)?:?

Or it's not a matter at all?

My wife spoke English but was incredibly shy to use it. I brought my friend who is an English teacher
and translator and she told me "Beel she is very smart" later she said she is a good girl, and Beel
I like her.

I arranged for English lessons for both her and Smiley Girl. Smiley girl wasn't shy with her English
especially around me. When she was in US school around peers she was far more shy.

We talked every day on Skype, her English improved quickly and dramatically, her shyness
disappeared.
