Hi guys
« on: January 08, 2007, 07:55:32 PM »
Hi to all,

I have been reading on this site for a couple of weeks now as a guest and decided to join after finding such a mass of useful information and comments by others. I have been very impressed with information that you have gathered together here. I myself have been looking for a companion/wife now for about five years. I wish I had found this site when I first started it would have saved me from many mistakes and wasted time. I am 49 and have managed one trip to the Ukraine about 3 or 4 years back. Since I have been slowly learning a lot of the things to look out for by trial and error. And continue to plan for my next trip. I live in Oklahoma City and work for the government. I hope to see much more new info as I continue to learn more.

Goldbug,

Just wanted to say welcome to the forums.
I've found a lot of great information and resources here.

If there is anything I can help you out with, don't hesitate to ask.

Cheers,
Fes

Goldbug,

Welcome to RWD.  A part of the learning experience for us newbies here is to hear the success stories but also the mistakes other have made in the past.  If you're comfortable to post a review of your earlier trip to FSU I'd certainly be interested to learn from your experiences.

I hope you get as much value as I have from the guys here...  It's been an invaluable resource for me!

Hi,

Thanks for the weclome. And Kuna I don't mind at all,it will take me a few days to write it up and I'll post it. Otherwise you'll all find out what a terribly unorganized and confused individual I am. I was hopeing to maintain the illusion for at least a couple of postings.

Goldbug,
There is a forgotten gem of information available to you here at RWD.  One of our senior members here (jb) compiled an RWD FAQ section that lays out a great deal of information for a newbie.  It is found under the main menu section in the upper left hand corner of this page.  I highly recommend it be read by anyone attempting this process.  Also don't forget the Ten Commandments with it's link at the top of the page.  Good luck to you and welcome.
