Sounds like the beginning of a scam but. . . . they dont often give telephone numbers. Remember, no money and you visit her in Moscow first.

IMHO, any REAL FSU woman would not send you bikini photos meeting you the first time.  Can I ask how or where you met this woman?  That can tell a lot.

 The sexy photo's aren't unusual, but "My sweetie Greg" in the first letter sounds like a little too much. Looks like a form letter with your name inserted. The telephone number thing isn't so strange for a scammer, it's even easier to hook a guy using a sexy voice and cute accent. She wrote you from a free personals site?

Oh, and by the way, experience has shown me that the number and who is on the other end of it doesn't mean a thing - until you are absolutely sure.  WHATEVER YOU DO - don't send a single penny.

Scam ...tell her you have some time off from work in a few weeks and that you were
thinking of flying to Moscow to visit her,  ..and see what she says. Ha.
She'll run for the hills or tell you how she would rather visit you and needs money for
a visa and plane ticket.

I would say that given everything, there is a higher probability that this is a scammer than not...but check it out, and do due diligence.  If you are unsure of anything, post it here....and you'll get the answers you seek.

Her phrases go overboard for a first letter.  Sounds too much to be true except for giving you the telephone number.  The bikini photo is tasteful, yet most woman avoid such photos.

From what I recall, doctors will have completed their university studies by age 21-22.  Why is she still a student?  Some escorts will claim to be a student from taking one course per week. 

Rumpy, get your feet wet.  Purchase a calling card for cheap rates to Moscow and call her.  Do not expect much.  And do not send money!
