Hi El Rock, I also posted my profile on this site about two weeks ago. I posted because I noticed that alot of the women had private E mail and I thought that when they contacted me, I would not have to deal with an unknown agency and pay for every incoming or outgoing E mail. I have to date received 58 contacts from women on this site. The strange thing is that everyone of them was with a agency e mail ??? I thought it strange not one woman with private E mail, and there is no shortage of women on this site with private mail.
They also have a Forum that I posted about why no contacts by women with private E mails. When the post created to much heat the moderator locked the post with out any explanation or reason.
They have there usual long time posters. Some of them called me cheap because I did not purchase the VIP package
This was not my intent. My intent was to see what kind of response I would get from private mail. If I had received 3 or 4 with the agency E mail only, that would have been exceptable to me as not being unusual. But 58 to 0 !!!
I hope that you continue with good luck on this site. I just wanted to let you and others know what my test results outcome was.
If I had got a letter from a woman with her own mail it would have cost me just the one letter cost. If I respond to a woman with agency E mail it would cost me for every letter sent and received, thus lots more money for the site. They make absolute minimum on the private mail, and maximum on others. Anyone can go and read my post on there forum. It is the only one locked on the first page. I think I paid  about $125   for  , I forget how many months .
I do have the VIP so   I can  email all I want  at no extra cost .
So for , it's been the seconded best  , Elen's Models is first .
I did notice that most all  had no private email , but , the few I have talked to responded  every 2-3  days .
1  I liked , asked for her phone  # to see if she really speaks English , she said
she lost  her  mobil .    She lied .

Of course , I have no ay of knowing if they are real , just hoping so .

El Rock, I hope that your search goes well. I also am a member of Elena's. It is the first site that I joined and have nothing but good things so far. I would like if you keep me posted about the Fiance site. I have used the flower delivery and it went very well.
I am up to 60 agency e mails now on this site. Still 0 from the women with private mail. I would be curious to know if you have been contacted by women with private e mails, and how many.

Gator, my point was not to write, it was to see who would write. This is a test of sorts on my part and will continue, to see, if ever a woman with her own e mail makes contact. That is why I was curious if El Rock had received unsolicited e mail from woman with own e mails under the VIP plan.
I will say again when the subject was brought up by me on there Forum, they put a lock on it for no reason given. This tells me that they will not allow anyone to question how's and whys of the Fiance site. It is hard for me to believe that men should not question the reasoning or methods of a given site if they feel something is not right. My queston, why does a man receive, now, 61 e mails from women on this site who are with agency's and still 0 from women with private e mails ?
Does no one see the lopsidedness (is this a word!) of what I am saying? Robert

I don't understand what difference it makes .
I know what  you are meaning  , but so what .
By looking at the women , many are ugly  , why would they be scamming .
I have rejected them  with  such writing as ...

"Thank you for your interest ,  you are very pretty  , but , I think I  may of found  someone .
Good luck"

They always write back , thanking me for the nice  email  and wish me good luck.

I know all the women at Elena's M   from 40 -  47 .
In fact , there is one there  named Anna  , she is 44  & from Riga , very nice gal  , talked  to her for over an hour  via the phone .
Almost went to see her back in Sept , got side tracked  and did not make it , she is mad  now.

I agree  with Rock.  What difference does it make who writes first.

The mere fact that Fiance.com discloses whether the woman has private email or agency email is a plus.  At least you know that when you write someone with private email the letter will not be filtered/embellished by an intermediary.

What you are proving is that many agencies initiate correspondence without the woman's explicit approval (at best maybe an implicit, "Yeah, write a few men for me").  Hello!  This is not news.

Robertjay The point you seem to be trying to demonstate here as you did on the other site is that something untoward is going on. 

These sites do this.  They stir up contacts between people.  Some girls agree to an initial letter being sent to anyone who matchs their requirements as set out in their list.  Some sites do it simply to bait you into paying membership.  So what? It's a big commercial world out there.  Some sites operate in a way which may surprise many.  That's how it is.  If we think that is stretching ethics, spend a month or two travelling around Eastern Europe.

It is quite likely that very few if any of the girls on who's behalf the agency has written to you have even seen your profile or directly asked for a letter to be written to you. Probably the letters are software generated by electronic match to your profile. That is just simply how it works when the websites are trying to improve the bottom line.  Put it down to marketing if you like. 

BTW, I did read the other forum, I am not entirely surprised you got hammered.
