Hello!
Another new lady on RWD!
U don't mind, do u? 

Actually, I've been a member more then half a year but wasn't very active in posting/writing.
Little about myself.
My name's Diana ( not a princess : ) ), I'm from  the Ukraine.
 I think, u've seen my husband's and mine pictures in photogallery. We found each other through Cindyagency and got married last summer.  Unfortunately, we only applied for the US visa after  our wedding in the Ukraine and later discovered it will take much more time then if we apply for Fiance visa. I have to blame myself, I'm a lawyer and couldn't predict that! what a shame.
So.. while I'm awaiting for my visa we use each single possibility to spend our time together.
Its great that there is the RWD site where we have the opportunity to find out about other international couples, to share our life experience with other people and to get in touch with them.

Welcome!  Actually the process for a spouse visa isn't any longer than for a fiancee now and in many ways is easier because when you arrive you are a legal immigrant with full rights to work, etc.  This saves you the hassle land cost later on of the AOS.  I married my wife here in Ukraine last June and we are now going thrugh the same process ourselves, even though our plan is not to reside permanently in the US.  I would be interested to hear where you live, where your husband lives, and where you are in the visa process.

Welcome Dar, I wish you could contact my wife and tell her RWD is not a meat market of men trying to meet women but a helpful place where men and a few Russian/Ukrainian women actually try to help each other.

I am glad you are no longer a stranger.
