It is really funny when you go to an I-131 these days.  The BCINS claims you can do an e-file, yet there is no link on the I-131 to e-file that I can find (or the 1-800 help line).  Interesting how they now want a 3/4 picture instead of the full frontal they had switched to.  Is that agency fuc!ed up or what?

Bruce, have you ever logged in to e-file? If not,
create a new account at:

http://efiling.uscis.dhs.gov/efile/

Thanks Vaugn, but we decided we'll bring the darn application to the NY office February 16 or so.  They said they could take it and process it faster so we'll attempt to take them up on their offer.
