Multiple Ukranian passport types?

Hello,

Just a few weeks ago I returned from a two week trip in Ukraine and before I left I asked my lady to marry me. Now I've been preparing my I129F application and spending all my time absorbing as much information as I can.  The other day, my lady went to ask about getting an international passport--and she was told that there are two kinds of international passports.  A usual one and one for those who are going to emigrate.

Can someone confirm that the one to "emigrate" is what is referred to as getting the "PMZ" stamped on your passport, mentioned here:

Get the regular international passport. Do not go messing around with that other crap.

Never used to hear about that junk until recently. They must be discussing efficiency with the USCIS these days.

William is right, get the ordinary Ukrainian international passport, that will be enough for her visa.
We deal with this visas in Ukraine, it's a new option and not obligatory.

I confirm everyone else's comments.  Best not for her to even mention that she wants the international visa for purposes of emigration.
