Anyone going to Kazan soon?

I promised a good friend that I would bring a rare science text book with me when I come to Kazan. Unfortunately that has changed to uncertainty and his wife tells me he is very disappointed. I would like to send it with someone that is going there soon, otherwise I wonder about the time frame for mail to Kazan? Many of my post cards have vanished in the past. Hate to disappoint my friends. Thank you.
