Traveler's insurance for her?
« on: March 19, 2007, 03:31:00 AM »
Hi folks,
Since Georgia doesn't recognize domestic partner rights, I can't add N. to my insurance until we are married. Can anyone suggest a reputable company in Ukraine she can purchase traveler's insurance to cover the few months gap?

I talked with Donna Pedro yesterday; and she told me it would be better if it was purchased over there. Donna's mother has made several trips here to visit, and she has bought insurance both here and from over there---theirs was much better--more coverage at less cost.

Aikrob, does N. have the really serious problems? If not, then 3 months is not that long term. If some emergency will happen ,you can pay right to the doctor...But I pretty sure that nothing serious will happen. I didnt have any insurance until we married and even didnt think about.

No, no serious problems. She doesn't smoke or drink-young and healthy. But it is better to be safe than sorry :)
