I was writing letters to a woman on anastasiaweb and we talked for a long time.
But she had to move to take care of her grandmother.
I have her address in Nikolaev but i wonder if there is a way to find her???

Sort, glad to meet you! I have to agree with BC....you are coming across as a little strong I am not you, nor will I ever be! I do not know where you have been or where you are going? I can only tell you that....some people come across as a little bit harsh.... for you to get along with women from the FSU, you may want to leave out demands for your future? and chill a little and if you are genuine in your search? then you will find in time, that respect for the opposite sex....can gain you the same respect as you desire? Untill then....if a woman is not bowing at your knee's....maybe you are searching in the wrong country? I believe a man pays AnastasiaWeb (AW) something for each letter.  If that is the case and considering AW's reputation, it is possible that the AW staff fabricated letters and the woman never knew you wrote her.   And as you came closer to demanding a meeting (sounds like you had the hots for this woman), the staff had to make this woman disappear.

I hope this did not happen; however, if you are not corresponding directly with a woman, you have no guarantee as to whom you are writing.  It is important to obtain a woman's mailing address, email addy, and telephone number.

If you feel this woman is sincere, you can speak to reputable agencies with an office in Nikolaev and ask them if they can find anything for you using their contacts, telephone directories, etc.  One such agency is Kherson Girls.

Sort, What do you mean by talked with her a long time? On the phone and for how long? She might have thought you are not serious waiting so long and if she valued your friendship, she would give you the number to her grandmother's home or find another way for you to stay in contact. Good luck on the next one. Finding love doesn't have to be this challenging.

AnastasiaWeb has one of the worst reputations in the industry. You may not know if you're writing to the woman in the photo or Igor, the employee of the month. Did you say something different right before "she" had to go away forever to take care of her grandmother such as if you mentioned you wanted to visit her soon?

Hey all.
I'm sorry if i seem obsessed but the idea just came up yesterday when i was reading the  forum.


I was away on work when she wrote me that she had to move.
I did get her address and sent a postcard from Odessa when i was down there.
Her mother died and she had to go and help her grandmother but thats the last i know from this girl.

She deleted her profile on anastasiaweb before i got home and was able to send a reply to her.
I wish that i had called her but i didn't have the time.

Don't get anxious on the postcard, it takes up to 6 weeks for a letter to get anywhere in this part of the world, & sometimes longer. You can also try Dema at Russian Scam Check, they might be able to track her down. He has contacts everywhere over here.

Rw's who experience a tragic family loss need a long time to recover, as would any one else. And you are nothing more, sorry to say, then a penpal of sorts at this point in time. If this is true, she would want to be with friends and family. When she is ready, and wants to see you again, she will reappear. But do not hold your breath. Also, I have been through this twice. Once for real, and it meant the end of a relationship and once more which was a total scam. She she has not asked for money, you are safe on that score. But as others have poionted out, AWeb is a bad site and who knows who you were actually talking to. Also, a woman as beautiful as her, may have more than one admirer and this was her way of moving on.

Did one of the links posted by Sandro say she was in Belarus, or did I misread that?

I should have remembered that as I went through it when my wife & I first met & her Dad passed away. She disappeared without so much as a by your leave. I finally got a message telling me what happened & she turned up back in my life 3 months later.
I can't believe I forgot that, sheeesh, must be K.R.A.F.T.desease!!!!

And as far as Anastasiaweb goes i will not return to that site again.

I know that they are well known for scams but the only reason i got on AOB is the fact that you can get an address to the woman you are writing to.
On Rbrides i write emails to one girl and i get them to my usual email and don't have to visit the site.
