The Larry Birkhead bill for attorney Services

In the Bahamian facade being played out over the child of Anna Nicole  and the father might be, front-runner Larry Birkhead, filed a paternity action in Los Angeles COunty Superior Court using a noted family law specialist.

His bill for 2 months of services just arrived.

640,000 dollars- 

the good news is that he gets a discount to 512,000 if he pays without delay.

The bill that I saw had over 100000 in clearly identifiable fluff. but still- I think I am in the wrong line of work.

It is viewed as an investment I think.....

My heart goes out to that little girl. I believe she will have anything, but a normal life.

I really hope someone will come into her life that will care for her and not the dollars she will generate for whoever does get control of her wealth.

I thin an investment is what Stern sees. The results of paternity are due next week.

Keep in mind, her will states all future heirs are disinherited, which includes Danielle and her OTHER son, who is now 6 I believe.

William You are correct thats all he sees is $$. I have been told that they are going to contest that will.   I met the videographer at a deposition recently that had the audio problems when the judge asked him to play that famous video clip of Anna stoned on mushrooms.  Thats a whole story in and of itself maybe sometime in the future I will tell you not on the board.  The poor guy took allot of ribbing about his fifteen minute of fame. Here is the scoop! The court TV Staff unplugged his audio so they could get a direct feed. I have personally dealt with this in the past when we have   mega  trials like the most recent one against Sea Doo which is owned by Bombardier. Needles to say I have my own personnel watch them very closely when we have these high profile trials.  The news media people are savages and unscrupulous, and people talk about lawyers if they only knew what some of the media people do

Mamma  D  I share your thoughts but  unfortunately the only ones that usually suffer are the children in these types of cases.

William its timing and who we know. As you have said to me in the past the film part is the best part of my job...

Interesting that by contesting the will, the other child will ride along on the coattails. Of course, throwing out the will lets all the other potential heirs, real and imagined, back in.

What makes the attorneys fees even more BS is that she originally agreed to work for FREE and out of the goodness of her heart and the well-being of Dannielynn ... only when she quit/got fired?  did she stick Larry with a bill !

Immediately before she had the will prepared disinheriting any child except her deceased child, she apparently had another child which was the result of an affair while she was in Arizona at a spa for several weeks. The child is six now, I believe, and is half Indian- which probably explains why there was some tribal involvement in some of the court proceedings early on. . .

Holy crap, I can't believe I hadn't heard this story!!  Now her bizarre WILL of not leaving any money to any of her "other" children, when we all thought "what the hell, she only has one child, what a bizarre thing to say in her will" makes sense!!!  This keeps getting stranger and stranger!!!

According to Soto, Smith's Southern Baptist upbringing prevented her from aborting the pregnancy and Smith began over-eating in a bid to disguise her growing belly.

Marshall Soto, named after Smith's deceased billionaire husband J. Howard Marshall II, was born in late 2001, just before Smith began filming the E! Channel reality series, The Anna Nicole Show.

Concerned about jeopardising her new television deal, Smith kept her pregnancy secret and signed over full custody rights to Soto.

Smith deposited a US$10,000 allowance into Soto's account each month, allowing him to quit his job and care for their child full time.

According to the newspaper, Soto has receipts, documents and hand-written notes from Smith which verify his story. Smith is also named as Marshall's mother on the child's birth certificate.

If DNA tests confirm Marshall as Smith's biological child, the youngster could become one of the wealthiest trust fund babies in the world."

Turned out the last surviving relative was some guy named Phil or something like that, I can't remember, but they gave all the money to charity as he dissappeared somewhere behind the Iron Curtain. Rumor has it that he ended up in Russia...
