Hey Maxx, I'm used to it. The US is the only country in the world that I as a Canadian citizen am not permitted to enter.

I was shocked to read that. I thought Canadian citizens could just flash a driver's licence or passport and US customs would say, "Welcome to the US". This rule has got to be as a result of bureaucratic arrogance. I mean I can cross your border no problem. When I was married to the ex we went to Thunder Bay, Ontario and toured Fort William. There was some worry when we were stopped entering the US as a customs agent spent some time on the phone with someone before finally letting Elvira back into the US. Now I wished they had put her in a bear cage instead!

I haven't been able to find the pamphlet mentioned in IMBRA.

That's because, while the imposition of rules upon US men were dictated to be IMMEDIATE, congress rethought the rules applying to USCIS and Dept. of State, and gave them an unlimited time extension to craft the pamphlet in the wold's major languages - they're still workin' on it (even though the original mandate was that it be ready within 90 days of IMBRA going into effect).
