Why only "drop in from time to time"... it will be the perfect place for question directly related to RW... i think that only RW are able to explain what RW think !

I have participate in a similar way in a other forum... a RW forum with a english section for men... it was the more calm part of the forum but the more interesting...

Great initiative... and good choice for the moderator !

I think this forum is a great idea.  I just hope the guys aren't allowed to hijack it or abuse it in such a way that the ladies don't feel comfortable expressing themselves here.  Lily, it's up to you to crack the whip and send the guys back to their own corner if they get out of line.

and making yourself comfortable, don't forget that a lady also should feel comfortable when her opinion is different than yours  Be a man and try to keep yourself within the bounds of basic ethics (if you know about the ethics) when her opinion is different than yours.
