I-134

I just started looking at the I-134 form, and didn't see anything for Alimony or Child Support payments.  Seems like that is unlikely, so where would such information go?

I believe you are supposed to list all those people you currently support, both fully and partially, in sections 3 and 8. I do not see that it requires a dollar amount to be listed.  That means to me that the reviewing official will draw their own conclusions about your ability to take on new responsibilities.  List whatever you think is fair and still show yourself in the best light.

This form, while required, is just a temporary requirement, the real test will be the I-864, this is where they hold your feet a bit closer to the fire and you may be questioned extensively about it at the AOS interview regarding your income and support responsibility.  I do not think any of these Affidavits are actually enforceable; however, they will play an important role during the various interviews.
