New Filing information for I129f

Effective July 30, 2007, I129F petitions will be filed only at VSC and CSC. There will be a 30 day phase in period so that no wrongly filed petitions will be rejected.

Used to be the Louisiana Purchase and the Mason Dixon line.

I am waiting for the latest newsletter from USCIS to answer this burning question. Knowing them, the divisions will show up the day before the cut-off.

I see this as good for CA and bad for VT-unless they leave VT jurisdiction the same and send everything else to CA.

This sounds like it may ruin the shorter response times those Very Liberal vermonters have been keeping...That's not good for those of us who were looking forward to that fast efficency continuing in the future. One has to wonder if they aren't a victim of their own success?
