Im not going to get dragged into a bunfight with you, you have a opinion of Kharkov as a agency owner, i have an opinion as a punter. I have dated more Kharkov girls than any other in the FSU and my opinions stand.
1: I didnt recommend any agencies to ridersfan for the simple fact that the ones i used who i would be prepared to recommend are no longer trading, and the ones that are still trading either have a bad reputation or the ones like you stated i have no personal knowledge of and have never spoken to anyone who has personal knowledge of them.
2: i probably know the mordinsons much better than you do Jack, i suspect your gossip comes from the grapevine of agency tittle tattle around Kharkov, i know all about the "shady practices" you elude to in your post but i'm not going to slander a business run by a personal friend who i met a girl who i had a long stand relationship with. note i DID NOT RECOMMEND THEM because i said i think they offer poor value for money in the current marketplace and i don't think the girls are any better than you could meet for free so you are just paying for a fancy apartment and translation and guide.
I didnt recommend them because i have a personal connection to them and i never recommend any business or service that i have a connection with, but despite my friendship with a member of their family i would not use their service because i think its too expensive and the girls dont warrant it.
On my comments on it being an overfished pond. I have to say it stands, that the "best of the best" have already gone from kharkov, you are focusing on quantity not quality jack, the girls you talk about away from home and not wanting to go back from home and invaribly driven by economic need and not the search for true love. as you have already pointed out Kharkov is awash with young female graduates and therefore the labor market is flooded by girls with all teh same skills in a city that is based around engineering and not service sector jobs. As a result i know graduates earning 200 USD a month as waitresses and strugglign to pay the rent. These girls are more driven by a economic requriement to find a partner than a desire for companionship, for example my current GF is 20 and lives at home with her mom and dad, she runs 2 jobs to pay for her studies. Now how does a girl 1000 miles from home without mom and dad for support get by? its a struggle at best so you cannot say these girls make a good match simply because theres lots of them.
In general the guys i have met who have gone on to happy marriages from kharkiv are with women in their 30's who have their own econimic provision, the guys i most met ont eh plane sobbing and angry were the ones like FSURookie who got involved with some girl at uni or out of uni who they had been financially supporting because her parents lived in Kazakstan or someone. These girls are the most likely to give a guy the runaround.
SO my comment regarding fished out was that in general the best girls i met in kharkov were ones whose family lived in kharkiv OR they were post 27 and had already got over the econimic hardships of their educatiion, their are sitll a lot of nice women in Kharkiv that are well worth visiting if you can keep a level head but i think FSUrookie proves their are traps for the inexpierienced because a lot of WM visit kharkiv and these girls can learn to play the WM dating game from a young age
My comments regarding the girl, Jack how can you criticise mordinsons for running and insincere ship when you are defending one of their former star pupils???
I know of this girl from 3-4 years back when she was Mordinsons top girl, she was on their books maybe a year and got engaged to some guy. After some months she then reappeared without explanation on Kharkiv girls, All Beautiful and several otehr sites from Kharkiv before turning up int he usual address sites where she has been ever since.
You have said you have had more than a few clients visit this girl, does it not strike you as strange then that over a period of 4 years a well visited girl has not found the right man yet either in kharkiv or in the west????
Im not doubting she is a lovely girl Jack, and dont for a minute think im suggesting she is a scammer or anything fradulent but i think she falls into that catagory of women that simply enjoys a lot of attention and gets a lot of guys so she has become very choosy or she is simply not interested in marriage only dating.
My general experience over they years is that such girls who spend a long time well exposed on the marriage network with no match is that they are more trouble than they are worth, such a case was agirl at ARR - she was with them maybe 7 years and the translator once told me she had maybe 200 plus guys meet her - many of whom were handsome,e ducated and well off and went on to marry another girl, and she turned down EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. she actually turned down something like 25 marriage proposals from men she was supposedly interested in and happy enough to date, take their flowers etc,
About 4 years in it seemed she wasnt that choosy after all when she got pregnant by some russian man, she carried on another 3 years with the agency and despite having a 1 year old baby in tow continued to turn down umpteen suitable bachelors. Eventually the complaints i suspect mounted upa nd they ditched her as being a timewaster.
Fact is Jack, she was a lovely girl and i met her, sincere, honest, nice, didnt ask for money although she got enough flowers to run a show, but the reality is she simpyl enjoyed the attentiont oo much and dint want to settle for one man.
So im sure Svetlana is a lovely girl, im sure shes very sincere but im also sure any guy who pins his hopes on her is going to get the runaround simply because for whatever reason shes not wanting to pull the trigger with anyone but doesnt want to give up ehr "Popularity".
you can take it anyway you like Jack, im not suggesting she be blacklisted or thrown of anyones sites, but i think any guy who is going to kharkov and she was a primary motivator for that trip should know that shes clearly fussy and may not be entirely serious about marriage and they should have a good back up.
My personal opinion is even though shes a lovely girl and attractive i wouldnt waste time dating her, some other guy might have a go but from experience these "popular" long term agency girls are the toughest nut to crack.
"up to no good" to me means a lot of different things none of which are definable - but generally a girl with good intentions joins a agency with the intention of finding a husband, im always highly dubious of girls who go through several agencies and meet a ton of guys and are still on the shelf especially when they have the looks and figure because the reality is that i met my current GF within 2 months of her listing her personal and the cream always goes first and when it doesnt you have to wonder if the cream tastes sour.
Im sure you must accept Jack that its very easy for popular agency girls to set into a "Long term" dating pattern where because they are getting regular attention from a string of guys, going on dates a lot and getting all the other stuff they lose their focus on finding a husband and enjoy dating. I have certainly seen a number of girls fall into that catagory and ill be surprised as a agency owner if you havent because at least 4 other agency owners i spoke to admitted they had such girls on their books, but i think agency owners for the good of the girls and clients need to get more focus ont hose girls to give them a wake up call like feedback after dates such as well why was he wrong for you or whatever?
And Jack i only highlighted her because of all the girls that have come and gone from the kharkov agencies this one sticks out like a sore thumb, shes obviously pretty, shes obviously getting attention, i just can't find a reason why she hasnt had a success yet or quit to try somethign different.
